If you could own any magical object (from your imagination or a book) what would it be? I would have a book that had a new story every time I opened it. (Ella Enchanted)

At the moment, I would probably pick the dragon scale (The Frog Princess(not saying I like that book)) because it leads you through hot and cold signals to any lost item that you need to find.

Wings that I can attach and unattach to me! (Mister Monday) It would be cool to have removable wings!
Or maybe I would just have magical powers like the elves in Artemis Fowl do. Does that count?

I think that this thread is shameful. If we had magic in the world, we would become too dependent on it, and it would end up ruling our lives and no one would be happy with their lot and the world would end up being ruled by monkeys!!!!! So, those who belive that magic is wrong, rise up with me in my campaign and just "Say No to Magic!" Okay, I've had my fun with my fake rant (I got the idea from one of the Oz books (I think it was the 14) when Dorthy and Ozma have a conversation about how if everyone had magic, no one would be happy because magic cuts out the pride of achievement, or something like that. So I was only joking.)
If I could choose any magical object, it would probably be a dragon egg, like in Eragon. I would love having my own dragon and share a bond with him or her.
