This is something my friend and I wrote. (It's fiction) We're looking for feedback.

“Rhys, let’s go!” Luna called. I glanced down nervously. This is, no contest, the scariest thing I’ve ever done, I thought. The parkour bridge obstacle course in front of me looked barely stable. It was just metal rods and wooden planks. Nothing else. Luna was already halfway through, waiting for me. Why, I thought, groaning inwardly, Why did I let her talk me into this? It’s LITERALLY a life-or-death situation! Luna had always been into dangerous, high-stakes stuff, but this was another level. One wrong step, and… curtains. Luna was a daredevil, she actually ENJOYED doing terrifying things. And me? I just wanted to get out of here alive, and go home and sit on the couch with a book, and a warm mug of hot cocoa. “Girl, are you just gonna stand there all day? C’mon!” She called again, louder this time. “It’s about to start raining!” I think that’s what got me moving. If it rained, not only would I still have to do this entire thing, but it would be slippery too. I took one step. The shoes the people who ran this had given us actually gripped the metal, which made me feel less petrified. I took another step. Ok, this wasn’t so bad. “Yeah! You got this, Rhys!” Luna yelled. “You got this!” She repeated. I gave a small smile, and took another step, a bigger one this time. Then, I took a deep breath and began to walk. Steady, steady... I thought. I can do this. I began to walk faster. I slipped a little, and that was so scary, but I didn’t fall. Soon, I met up with Luna. She hugged me. “Good job.” She said. “Come on, let’s finish together.” We walked towards the end, but then-”AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!” Luna shrieked. She’d slipped! She was now dangling off the edge, with two fingers clutching a metal bar for dear life. Two fingers, holding up her entire body. I froze. The whole world froze. It was quiet. Deathly quiet. What do I do? She’ll die if I don’t help somehow, I thought, panicking. That word, ‘die’ echoed through my head, suddenly snapping me back to my senses. I grabbed onto her hand, and pulled with all of my strength. She came up. I could’ve danced with joy if I wasn’t so scared! “Are you okay?” My voice came out squeaky and small. “I’m… fine…” Luna said, exhausted. “Help me… up…” I pulled her up to a standing position. We walked, slowly, to the end. We were almost there, when Luna stopped. She smiled at me. “Let’s run the last part.” She said. I, strangely, was fine with that. “Okay.” I said, and we ran across the finish line together.

So uh, yeah. Comment what you think.

This is absolutely great, Firelily! I love the writing style, the names, the riveting suspense... pretty much everything. One suggestion I have is to maybe describe to setting, though. The story might be easier to comprehend if you explained why Rhys and Luna would die if they fell. Is there a river under the bridge? Is the bridge over a rock canyon? Otherwise, I love this! Great job!

Oops. Yeah, I think I forgot to copy and paste that part. It's actually something we wrote for school, with the writing prompt being a picture of a barely built bridge over a canyon.
Thanks for the feedback! :):):)
Also sorry it's so short, we only had 15 minutes.
