Hi Everybody! Today
Hi Everybody! Today I'm just gonna start a thread about how you stop writers block. And, just so you know, this can totally just slowly go to defrent topics. I'll start us off;
When I have writers block I usally get off my laptop or close the notebook or whatever, but sometimes i'm just like, "Whatever i'll just do something else" and eventuly I get another story idea! Just remember--thinking of a good idea can span from 10 seconds to a whole year, so DON'T RUSH IT.
OK! it's your turn now, good luck, Everybuggy!

When I have writer's block I usually just let the story I'm stuck on sit for a while, and in the meantime I write something else. Fan fiction I find helps a lot because the characters and the world are already there, and it's fun to write as your favorite book characters.
When I'm done doing that, usually I have some more ideas!

When I have writers block I look at recent or past news and try to write parts of my story using that as inspiration.

that is... a really good idea!

This is only partially related, so sorry about that. Does anyone have tips on getting into a daily writing habit? I can't seem to motivate myself to but really want to. (Every day it's basically like: I should write today. Sure. But later, because I work best on writing after dinner. It's after dinner now, but I'll just sticker . . . I don't want to work . . . hmm. Maybe tomorrow I'll start.)
A year? My sister has revised her story idea, like, 22 times (8 major ones) XD so I think it can take even longer. I'm more of the kind of person who will have an idea, tell myself to plan, and then pantst andhardly change it from how it was at first.
