Chatterbox: Inkwell

I would like everyone to read my NaNoWriMo story! I will post new chapters every now and then, and tell me what you think! The book is called Unexpected Snowstorm.

Chapter one: Life isn't fair:   

I see James pull into the driveway from my bedroom window, I grab my jacket and run down the stairs.

"Cameron, please don't run down the stairs." My dad says while he takes a drink of his coffee. 

"Sorry dad, Can't talk now I have to get to school." I run out the door but turn back and stick my head through the door I forgot to close.

"Bye!" I say with a wave. I run out the door and open James' ugly puke green car door with a jerk, I get in buckle my seat belt and slam the door shut.

"Hey, Cameron." James says. 

"Hey James, can we just get to school?" I say, I'm in a rush since I'm already late.

"Well fine then sassy pants." I roll my eyes as he speaks.

I grasp the seat of the car when James starts to drive. He drives so fast when I look out the window everything is just a blur.

We finally arrive at school and James also speeds through the parking lot (which is very small). We go to Biden High School, where the un-magical people go until they gain their powers. This is my last year at this school then I gain my Magical powers and have to decide whether to become good or evil.
