I just wanted to alert ya'll that I will be creating a newspaper/magazine and it will be posted here. :) But before I waste my time on people that won't read it, can I at least get a vague idea about who will? Raise your hand if you will! :D

(Gloworm, could you look at TAPM2? I'd like to be paired with a partner to write a story. Someone posted on the first thread, too. Could you redirect her to TAPM2 because*Hinthint*I might like her to be my partner.)

New plants in our garden.
At our house yesterday me my sister and mama planted some new flowers and plants. We also named them. We have six carnations named: Kristen, Cassandra, Katie, Chaz, Kara, and Crysanthinum. We also have some mums they are named after some of the Weasley family from Harry Potter. We also have three snow in summer plants named: Skippy, Jon, and Jones. We also have two moonbeams one named Luna, and the other Remus. Behind the two moonbeams is a pink pampas grass named......... Cymbril! More to be planted soon!

THE BOOKSHELF
I recommend Juniper. A great book about a medieval princess. To find out more about Juniper, go to Cricket Reader's Recommend.
Ok, how was it? Was it too boring? I've never written a newspaper article before.

Issue 1, Number 2
Math class was very interesting. We were doing our portfolio work when all of a sudden our teacher made a boy (who I will call by his nickname, Beav) do his work in the hall. He tried to get out and banged on the door, so the teacher put a sign in the door window that read, "No Beavers Allowed"! He sent notes under the door, of course, that read, "How rude!" and, "You heartless people!" We joked about it and one of my friends said if he was sent to the hall the teacher would make a sign saying "No Walking Libraries Allowed". The teacher ended up shutting him in her office, which could only be locked to outside people. The boy didn't realize he could get out until about 10 minutes after! Then he was shut in the closet again, where the teacher guarded the door. Then Beav picked the lock! As you can see, our school is very interesting.
For Halloween I will be a character from Pokemon movies. James, to all you Pokemon fans.
THE BOOKSHELF
Juniper is, to be exact, a book about a medieval princess who discovers how to use magical powers with the help of her godmother, Euny. It really is great. The sequels are Wise Child and Colman. A book I would recommend is the Warriors series. They are about cats in Clans, ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, and ShadowClan, who live in the wild.

For Halloween I'm being a mad scientist...
I reccomend Tamora Pierce. She is a good author!=)
Lets have a contest. 'Weirdest school.' Someone tells us a story about something weird or funny that happened in school.

Well, I'm entering my article! That was one weird math class, let me tell you...

Hmm, OK....
My brother and I watch video lessons for chemistry. Our teacher is demonstrating the use of a Lyden jar. Picture a flask with two strips of foil coming out the top - its purpose is to store electrical charge. When you're done with it, you use something metal to connect the two strips and thus disperse the charge. He's demonstrating this with his finger, believing he has a discharged Lyden jar, and voila! He had forgotten to discharge it last time he used it, meaning he gets a pretty hefty shock in his finger, causing him to drop the jar (which did not break, unfortunately) and go hopping around the studio looking like he would like to hit the tech assistant with said Lyden jar. We will never forget what a Lyden jar is for.....
