Hey, guys!

Sorry I left for a little. I had some stuff to catch up on for summer break.

Anyways, on with the Solo Write.

 The island gets lonley when you're monitoring the gates. All the children you know have vanished. The quake hit to hard for you and your family. Many parished after this tragic mishap. 

 Now, you're left on the fourth island of the broken up land. You've been here for 3 days. Food is easier to find than usual, so you know something's up, and water is always easy to find.

Yawning you stretch your arms up above your head, climing into a tree to rest. Then something hits you on the head. KLONK. Your tired limbs fall awkwardly from the tree, as your body hits the dirt, you feel a cloth go right over your face. Your vision starts blurring. You let out a loud groan, and the world spins one more time, before you go into pitch black slumber.

If it’s a solo write, AEs and CBers can’t be in it, unless it’s directly related to Chatterbox I guess. In solo writes, CBers make characters for themselves (that hopefully fit the story). You might not know this, so I’m just letting you know. :)

Yeah, you're doing it right. If it's a solo write, you would make an OC for it. Like A Helpful CBer pointed out, it's very rare that CBers/Æs/Captchas are in solo writes as themselves if the solo write isn't a ski lodge. The last solo write that included CBers instead of OCs is Galowo's Follow Me Chase Me thread, and I'm not sure that anyone else remembers that. 

Also, can I reserve a spot please?

This isn’t a ski lodge, correct?  I know you said it was a solowrite but the ending gave me the feeling os a ski lodge which is why I’m asking.  If so I’m reserving a spot for one!  Also, can you make up a chracter to be in this?  Or does it have to be a CBer, CAPTCHA, or AE.

Personality: Independent, withdrawn. Kind of a loner. She doesn't trust other people, and they don't often trust her. Good at lying and keeping secrets. Aloof. Fairly athletic, a good fighter. She has an good singing voice, but no one knows about this because no one's close to her. Besides, she views it as a weakness. (Not exactly personality but I don't know where else to put this)
Apperance: Ice blue eyes, tall, with pale skin. Snow-white hair (it's fantasy I guess, so I can do that), about shoulder length, which she cuts herself, so it's a little choppy. She normally wears black pants, combat boots, and a sleeveless top.

SOLOWRITES CAN HAVE CBERS AND AES! MIGHT AS WELL, SEEING THERE ARE SKI LODGES (GLORIFIED SOLO WRITES).

ALSO, IS THERE A LIMIT?

Actually, ski lodges are a particular kind of solo write, with their own specific rules and type of storyline, that sometimes even involves role-playing/choose-your-own-adventure elements. Regular solo writes use OCs, because they nearly always fit the theme/aesthetic of the story better than CBers/AEs. And your it’s way more fun to make OCs, but that’s not really a reason (lol). I mean I guess you could make characters for your AEs, but I don’t really see the point, as you could just make new OCs and it would be pretty much the same. Also, for solo writes, it’s usually kind of hard to explain why CBers would be in the solo write’s world as well. So yeah, please respect the community’s guidelines for stories, and also please don’t yell. It doesn’t make you look cool or quirky or mysterious. Thank you!

XD It's fine, Ski Lodges and Solo Writes are very close (nearly the same genre really). I'd like to join, but I do have a question-- you mentioned "hacker" as a choice of profession, does this mean the story is cyberpunk/sci-fi? Or is it fantasy and I just misunderstood it? I just want to know what genre(s) you're going for here so I know how to best fit my character into the solo write. Thanks!

Personality: Stiff, never shows her emotions.  Dislikes talking. Comes across uncaring but really does care, just doesn’t show it.  Will do anything to protect someone.

Apperance: Long, shiny, black hair usually worn loose.  Strong jaw line, grey eyes.  Thin dark brown pants and a dark green tunic.  Barefoot.  Carrys a small dagger, a fountain pen, and bow and arrows.
