You could have a plot where they are just living their lives and we get to see the lives of Yeti's, but if you want more adventure you could have people looking for them and they have to hide, they find an ancient cave with strange and beautiful things frozen in the ice, perhaps magical? anyway, if you want you can use my idea but if not that's ok ;)
