Anyone else doing Camp NaNoWriMo this year? (Or using NaNo's resources in any way...) I started using it last year and I'm really enjoying it. I thought it was impossible for anything to be so inspiring. Of course my first novel was a mess, but oh well, because I have a new one.

YES! <3 I was just about to make a thread about this. My novel is also a lowkey mess but NaNo is so much fun. For anyone new to Camp NaNoWriMo, it's basically a month where you try to reach a word count on a writing project. The CB usually has a cabin, which is a writing group where you can support each other and chat about random things. If you're a writer, I would highly recommend joining! I procrastinate so much but whenever I do camp NaNo I end up writing so much more than I expected. it's also a great way to get closer with other CBers!
I'd be happy to make a cabin if other people want to join! If you give me your NaNo username I'll add you as soon as possible. :) The camp nano layout is a bit different this year. I believe you have to go to the regular NaNo site (not YWP) and create a project for April.

omg I had no idea that there was a CB cabin! cool!
Also I believe they're called "Writing Groups" now, but personally, "cabins" sounds better (especially considering it's CAMP NaNoWriMo). ;)
I'd be happy to join a cabin with other CBers, if anyone else will join...

Yep! I'm excited for NaNo this year, hopefully I'll have time and motivation, but Camp is one of my favorite parts of the year! If we're doing a CB cabin (or 'writing group') I'm down to join!

yay hopefully we'll get enough people. Though technically a cabin is two or more people, it just feels more fun with more people (you know what I mean?).

@Hollyshock I think they changed the format. It's just on regular NaNo (not YWP). I have no idea why they changed it this year but whatever.

Yay! So far I've added Evergreen and Cello. There's been a lack of participants in the past two NaNos, so it would be really could if we could get more people this time! Like Evergreen said, it's more fun with more people.
Also, if you have non-CB friends who would like to join, I'd be happy to add them!
