It was 12:00 A.M. A shadowy figure rushed through the shadows of the buildings, like she was looking for something. "Diamond? Where are you?" Someone said. "Oh, Emerald, you scared the lif out of me!" Diamond said, pulling back her hood to show her rich, blue hair. And, because of her name, it had tiny diamonds in it. She took off her cloak, revealing her diamond blue out fit complete with blue boots, a blue body suit and a diamond necklace. Emerald had green hair, with emeralds in it with the same kind of outfit that Diamond had on, except it was green. "We need to find the others! Earth will be doomed if we can't find them." Diamond said, her blue eyes shimmering in the moon light. "Well, I found this map. It has a brief description on it to where the others are."Emerald said, handing Diamond the map."Where is Amythist? He's the only one who can combine our powers!" Diamond said, looking at the map. Amythist was Diamond and Emerald's friend. "Well, he will be here somewhere. Come on, we need to find the others." Emerald said, as Diamond ran behind her.

I walked through the remains of the city where the Jewel Team lived. It was a terrible sight. Emerald's emeralds were destroyed and Diamond's diamond house was torn to bits. Suddently, I heard voices near the ruins. "Who's there?" I said, walking towards the voices. "OPAL!!!" Diamond said, lunging at me, then wrapping her arms around me in a big hug. "Ok, Diamond, that's enough! Opal, we've been looking everywhere for you! And you were near the ruins of Jewel City? It's dangerous! The Night Crawlers are here! We need to get out of here fast!" Emerald said, pulling Diamond away from me. "Sure, but why were you guys here if The Night Crawlers were here too?" I said, confused. "Diamond had some food and resources left in the basement of her house. Or what is left of her house." Emerald said, pointing to a trapdoor that led to Diamond's basement. "Oh." I said. Emerald, Diamond and I started walking away from the ruins of the city. I cpould'nt believe that Night Crawlers destroyed it 1 month ago. Jewel City was where you could buy things like cookies and cake from Amethyst's Jewel Bakery. But when the Night Crawlers destroyed everything and took Amethyst, the Jewel Team panicked and hid everywhere. Then, all three of us were snapped back to reality when we heard a twig snap. "Who's there?" Emerald whispered. "Emerald? Is that you?" A quiet, hesitant voice said. "Aquamarine?" Diamond said. Aqumarine stepped out of the shadows, her aquamarine with darker aquamarine streaks flowed in the wind and her aqua eyes shone in the darkness. Her oversized jeans jacket matched perfectly with her seashell choker, thin black headband, and white string bracelet and her aqua color outfit. "Hi guys! It's been so long!" She said, hugging us. "Diamond and I have great news! We found a map that briefly describes where the others are!" Emerald said. Then, a Night Crawler leaped at us! The Night Crawler had black skin and purple eyes. "STAND BACK!!" Diamond cried, slashing at the Night Crawler with her fists. She destroyed it within seconds. "Come on! We need to get out of here before morw Night Crawlers come!" Emerald said, sprinting through the forest. We all ran to find Sunstone.

My day was going great so far! I found Opal, Emerald, and Diamond. Then, a Night Crawler jumped at us, but Diamond destroyed it with her fists! We were running through the forest, when we heard a twig snap. "AGAIN?!?!?!? When will the twig snapping ever STOP?!?!?!" Diamond shouted. Emerald rolled her eyes, and motioned for us to be quiet. Diamond also rolled her eyes. Then, we saw black hair and pale skin lunge at us! "SHOW YOURSELVES...Night Crawlers? Oh, it's you guys." Onyx said. "Hi Onyx!" Diamond said. "Yeah, ok. Come on out guys!!" He shouted into the forest. Ruby, Amber,Blue Lace, Obisidian and Sunstone all came out of the forest. "I found them in dirrerent parts of the forest. Come on everyone. I made a really cool tree house!" Oynx said, running towards the forest. Diamond sprinted after him, and then the rest of us followed. When we got to the tree house, Diamond pulled out caody, cookies, and cake, along with some drinks that were different colors. "This red one is for Ruby, and this one is for Obisdian.." Diamond said handing out drinks. She made a specific drink in everyones color that they liked. "OH YEAH!!! THIS IS GOOD!!!" Obsidian shouted. "Obsidian, just please settle down for once will you? I think you're making Diamond's ears bleed again." Blue Lace said, sipping her drink. "SORRY!! I'LL TRY TO WHISPER!!! How's this?" Obsidian said. "Ok, good news: we found a map that shows wher the others are. Bad news: we still can't find Amythist!" Diamond said, a tear dripping down her cheek. Seconds later, she burst into tears. I knew why. Amethyst was her first friend that she found. He helped her find the other Jewel People and build Jewel City. A day before the destruction of the city, Amethyst held a big party that lasted all day and all night. He made a ton of cake, candy,cookies, fruit punch, and our favorite drinks. Amethyst was also talking to Diamond when the Night Crawlers crashed the party. "It's gonna be ok, Diamond. We have no time to lose! We need to get a move on here. people!" Emerald said. We stocked up on food and we got on the way to find the rest of the Jewel Team.

Moonstone <3
I crouched atop a building, scanning the dark, ruined city for any sign of the jewels I saw the other day. I was doing my best to avoid them. Aquamarine had tried to contact me many times, but I ignored her efforts.
Why? Because I had no desire to get involved with the Jewel Team. I was happy to be alone, wandering the remains of my favorite city.
I'd been watching since sunset, and there was no sign of them. I relaxed, and leaned against an old chimney. I examined my nails, which were all chipped now. I fished my timy bottle of polish out of my pocket and touched up my nails. In the moonlight, they shined an iridescent silvery blue. I blew on them to get them to dry quicker. A few birds gathered around me. I smiled, and got some seeds out of my bag with my dry hand. I tossed it a few feet in front of me, and they gratefully gobbled them up.
Suddenly, I heard footsteps and I looked over the edge of the building to see what was going on. On the street below, I saw a girl in blue, light by the harsh streetlight. She ran towards another girl, wearing a green jumpsuit. The first girl pulled her hair back, and it was blue. Not dyed blue like a regular human, but a bright, glowing, jewel like blue. The other girl stepped into the light, and her hair was glowing too. She was a jewel like me.
The girl in green was unmistakable an emerald. Only an emerald could have hair that shade of green. The girl in blue was probably sapphire or lapis. There was a chance she might even be a diamond. Their hair was completely colour, unlike mine, which only had a single moonstone streak. They were probably powerful jewels.
"We need to find the others! Earth will be doomed if we can't find them." The blue mystery gem said.
"I found this map. It has a brief description where the others are." If that was true, they must know I live in this area.
The two of them started running towards the forest. This was the perfect time to get away from the city while I still had the chance. I could find a new place to live before they knew I was here.
My curiousity got the best of me, and I lept of the edge, shifting into a silver owl. I glided after them, into the forest.

Onyx sat back, mask pulled down as he sipped his drink, watching the team argue about the best way to find Amethyst as Emerald comforted Diamond. Blue Lace was also sitting back, looking exasperated. Obsidian was hyped up on sugar and running around making way more noise than anyone should have been able to. Aquamarine and Sunstone were fighting with Ruby and Opal about how to search the city. And Onyx? He was planning a prank. Sure, times were serious, but that just meant they needed him even more to lift their spirits. Besides, if everyone was mad at him, it gave them something to focus on other than confusion and grief. Also he just really wanted to prank someone. The question was who. He figured Ruby might make a good target, at least she usually did. Amber was too nice to take revenge (he thought, you could never be sure), Opal wasn't exactly a good sport but always fun to humiliate... Onyx pulled a chocolate bar from his belt pouch and offered Blue a square. She looked at him, evidently surprised he would share some of his precious chocolate with anyone except maybe Obsidian, but accepted it. He continued to plot as he ate.
Eventually Emerald stood and said, over the argument and Obsidian's background noise, "We have no time to lose! We have to get a move on here, people!"
Onyx cocked an eyebrow and replied, "I agree. How do you suggest going about that?"
"Well, we need to find Amethyst, of course."
"Duh. You want us to sweep the city?"
Ruby chimed in. "That could take days."
"We have to, for Amethyst!" That was Aquamarine, sounding unusually heated.
"But is it really worth expending all our resources to find him?" Opal commented, and once again the room erupted into chaos.
Eventually Blue Lace got tired of all the nonsense and stood up, yelling "QUIET!"
The room fell silent. Blue didn't often raise her voice but when she did, everyone listened, even Obsidian.
"Pull yourselves together," she ordered. "We're going to find Amethyst if it takes us all day and night. He's one of our team and deserves our loyalty. Pack up and get to it."
Onyx stood, tossing his garbage in the trash can. "Well, you heard her," he told the still-frozen group. "Let's get moving." He clapped his hands and they turned to pack up the makeshift treehouse. Then he gave Blue Lace a half grin and an, "Impressive," before dropping from his perch to help.

Do I have legal ownership of my character?
Did you just use my character?
When were we ever allowed to use other CBer's characters?
I don't want to sound rude at all, but I'm a little stressed out about online learning and I have a huge headache.
Did you ever mean to use my character intentionally, or just on accident?
Was it because I haven't posted yet?
Do I need to post right now?
Did you mean to use one of your other characters that you made, or did you just dileberately want to use one of mine?
I mean, thank you for posting for my character, but please, do ask before you use my character?

FIRST, @LUMINARA, try Ibprophen for headaches. If it doesn't work, do you use EO's? Put Peppermint with Lavender on the temples of your forehead, and breathe deeply. It'll calm your headache and your nerves.
Yes, you have legal ownership of your character.
People can use your charries, sometimes, just in particular conditions.

I smiled slightly at Onyx, and his ladies-man charm. Obsidian's sugar rush started to wear off, and his eyes were droopy. I walked over to him and crouched down to his height.
"You okay, little buddy?"
He slightly nodded and leaned his head into me.
I picked him up and he laid his head on my shoulder. A few minutes later, he was quietly snoring.
"You look like his mom," Ruby said, with a slight shimmer in her eye.
"I'm eighteen," I said, playfully punching her shoulder, and Obsidian shifted.
"Guess we should-" I was ever so majestically interupped by a scream of Emerald.
"SHHHHHH!" Onyx hissed, jumping down from a tree, his hair filled with twigs and leaves.
"Where the rhinestone did you come from?!" Amber shouted, then hushed her voice.
"We have to go West. There was a purple glow that way," Onyx said, grabbing my free hand, and leading our troop Westward.

Hey Luminara! Don't worry, I'll help clear things up. This is an RP (Role Play), which means that everybody writes and contributes to the storybuilding and plot development. This is different from a Ski Lodge or Solo Write, which are only written by the person who made the thread. When you make a post, you write from the first person perspective of your character (a few people prefer to write in third person) and continue the story like a new chapter.
You can use other characters in your posts because it's pretty hard to write a story if the characters never interact :P. Other people used your characters because they wanted to bring them into the story. When you use other characters for major dialogue/actions, I would refer to the charrie sheets so you know how they might react and what their personality is like.

I'm really sorry for overreacting.
It's just, I did originally CREATE Aquamarine. It's just that I don't know if we are allowed to write in different CBer's character's perspective, and I got a little defensive over it. I shouldn't have. I've just never seen it done to anyone, let alone having it done to myself. I'm so terribly sorry. I shouldn't have made a huge deal out of it, I was just really confused at that point that I needed it to be cleared up.
I'm not trying to sound any more rude than earlier, but the point I was trying to get across in general is if different CBers were actually allowed to use different CBer's characters and write a huge post in the character's perspective, and put it under their own name. (Like for a Role-Play, where everyone has control of their own characters.) For example, say I was using Cerinthe's character, Opal, and writing a huge post in Opal's perspective. Would this even be allowed? This is kind of the point I was trying to get, being way on the outskirts of the topic, and sounding really rude.
To sum it all up, I'm just really sorry. I shouldn't have even talked about this. Thank you for spending your time reading this out of my stupidity and arrogance, this will hopefully never happen again.

Wow. Just...Just wow. A second ago a Night Crawler was standing in front of me and then, poof. It was gone. Blue Lace hugged me and I calmed down. I started to run like crazy again when I found an abandoned forest temple. "What's that? Wait, don't answer, I don't want to know." Diamond said. Emerald drew out her sword which was a deep green and we all went in. "Keep an eye out for danger or treasure. Oh, and Obsidian whisper because if there's Night Crawlers, we'll be caught and who knows what will happen to us, ok?" Blue Lace whispered to me. "Ok, Diamond, Onyx, Obsidian and Blue Lace, go that way. And Ruby, Amber and Sunstone go west. The rest, stay with me." Emerald said. I kept my eyes out for danger or treasure. "I FOUND TREASURE!!" Diamond yelled. We rushed into the room that she was in. "Let's see... Cake---yum---ummm, some potions of health, about 196---that's a lot!--- and,*gasp* A MAP TO FIND AMETHYST!!!" Diamond yelled as the others rushed in. "What's up?" Sunstone said. "We found a map that leads to Amethyst!" Diamond said. "Wow! That's great!" Emerald said. "Uh, guys? Don't look now but there's a huge dragon that looks like it's gonna eat us all!" Ruby said."SCATTER!! IT CAN'T CHASE US ALL!!" Emerald cried. We all ran around the room but Diamond stood still. "It's ok, little dragon. Here, have some cake."Diamond said, handing the dragon some cake. The dragon sniffed the cake then ate it. "There, there. It's ok. Did those mean, nasty Night Crawlers force you to be mean? It's ok. We're friends." Diamond said, stroking the dragons muzzle softly. It purred and rubbed it's head against Diamonds leg. "You need a name. How about Midnight? You're a dragon kid! And you look like you would be good for Obsidian to ride." Diamond said, leading the dragon towards me. "Hi, Midnight! I'm Obsidian!" I said, petting the dragon's head. "ROAAAAAARRR!!!" Midnight roared. "HEY YOU YELL LIKE ME RIGHT???" I yelled back. "ROAAAAAAAARRRRR!!" Midnight said, then she rubbed against me and purred again. I smiled and pet her again. She growled and more dragons came out. There was a yellow one, a red one, a blue one, an aquamarine one, a royal blue one, a green one, a orange one, a light purple one, a deep purple one,a pastel one, a silver one, and a red snake, a Golden Retriever, and an orange cat with a name tag aroudn it's neck came out from another room. "Awwwww, 'Kyo'. I'll keep you!" Blue Lace said. "Awww, a snake! I'll name you Ace!" Ruby said, Ace rubbed against her cheek and slithered into her pocket. "A cute puppy? I'll name you Scout! How do you feel about it, Aquamarine?" Sunstone said. "It's perfect!" Aquamarine. Aquamarine got the aquamarine dragon and named it Moana, Sunstone named his dragon Sun Spot, Emerald named her dragon Spring, Diamond named her dragon Waterfall, Ruby named hers Rosette, Amber named hers Sunflower, Onyx named his Jey, Opal named his Pearl,Blue Lace named hers Mal and the others were probably for Moonstone, Amethyst, and Sapphire. "I see you found the dragons. I tamed them and the snake, cat, and dog too."Moonstone said, walking into the room. "MOON!!" I shouted hugging him. Midnight also petted him with her head. "I turned into an owl and followed you guys here." Moon said.He told us that he named his dragon Shimmer. A few minutes later, we were all on our dragons, and Amethyst's dragon was in the lead. Midnight looked at me, and then dove down into the clouds. I screamed in excitement as she went into the clouds again. Blue Lace was enjoying Mal, because she was smiling. Kyo was on the mini saddle that was on Blue Lace's saddle. He liked the wind in his fur, and Scout was on Aquamirine's dragon, sitting in a mini saddle too. And since Sunstone and Aquamairine's dragon were right next to each other, Scout would jump from thier dragons to the other. Ace buied himself into Rubys pocket. I think he was scared of the hight. "It's almost night time guys!" Emerald shouted. Amethyst's dragon roared and dove down into a flat land below. The toher dragons followed and soon we were sitting around a small circle of stones. Rosette helped Ruby light a small fire. And it turns out, all of the dragon's saddles were packed with food! "I put the food in there." Moon said, smiling. "Hey, Waterfall found some sticks sp we can roast hot dogs!" Diamond said. A few minutes later we were all roasting hot dogs and feeding them to our dragons.

I smiled as I saw Midnight cuddle next to Obsidian, who petted her in return. Diamond said that Midnight was 7 months old and she was perfect for Obsidian. Opal was roasting 12 hot dogs for Pearl, who was blowing on them to cool them off. Then, Opal handed her the hot dogs, and Pearl politely ate them. She made sure to not leave crumbs. Opal chuckled and then got some marshmellows and chocolate. "Is chocolate dangerous to dragons, like it is to dogs and cats?" Opal asked. "Nope. Dragons can eat anything as long as it's not nightshade berries. Everything else is good for them. Even grass." Blue Lace said. Opal nodded and smiled and made some s'mores for Pearl. She ate them politely too. She eagerly licked the plate clean, and she went to sleep. Obsidian and Midnight went to sleep too. I could see that they both had hot dogs on the buns with ketchup and mustard. Scout, Kyo, and Ace were playing tag gently together. "Ok everyone, lights out. We need to get to sleep." I said, leaning against Spring. She purred and went to sleep too. The others went to sleep quickly, but we all woke up at 7:30 to Obsidian and Midnight eating cereal. Moon and Shimmer were playing fetch with a stick, but every time Moon threw a stick, Shimmer would chase it, and then come back with a tree. She put each tree back though. I chuckled and then Spring yawned and stretched. She purred a "Good morning" to me and Diamond Aquamarine, Waterfall, and Moana were near the river. "Stay here, Spring. I'll be right back. And good morning too." I said, kissing my dragon. I walked over to the river where the girls were at. I saw Aquamarine closing her eyes then raising her hands up a little. Moana held her paws up too and they made a fountain of water. I gasped in amazement. Aquamarine turned and walked towards me. "Good morning! It's a lovely day, right?" sShe greeted me as Moana purred at me. "I just don't get it, Aquamarine. How come you can control water, but I can't?" Diamond said. Then an army of Night Crawlers came out of the woods. The dragons held them off, but one strayed away towards the 5 of us. Then, Diamond started singing her favorite song, "Jewel Team Anthem" and the Night Crawlers turned and ran. "Wow, Diamond, that was amazing!" Opal said. Pearl agreed and then started to wake up Spring, who was asleep again. Pearl was a polite dragon when eating, but she did have a lot of energy. "I didn't know I could do that. So my power is to stun enemies by singing 'Jewel Team Anthem'?" Diamond said, amazed. "I guess so. Hey we need to find Amethyst. I think his dragon is missing him." Blue lace said, pointing to Amethyst's dragon. The royal purple dragon had it's head down, like ti was sad. Diamond went to pet it, and checked it's gender. She told me that just by looking at it's face and eyes if it was a boy or a girl. If the face was thin and the eyes had wide pupils, that it was a girl, and if the face was thick and if the eye's pupils were in the middle, that it was a boy. "Yep, it's a girl. Isn't that right sweetie?" Diamond said to the dragon. The dragon closed it's eyes and purred. It even wagged it's tail. I saw something glimmer on it's harnedd that held it's saddle in place. "What does that say?" I thought to myself. I walked over to the dragon, adn saw that it was a name tag that said "Audrey" on it, and it looked like Amethyst carved it on there. "Hey, theres a note taped onto it!" Diamond said, un-taping the note. " 'Please take care of Audrey. She will lead you to me. Love, Amethyst. P.S. please tell Diamond that I love her and I have a suprise for all of you.' " I read. Audrey looked up at us, with a sad look on her face. "Let's go. I don't think Audrey can stay away from Amethyst for too long. I read that a dragon will refuse to talk to anybody, if not reunited with it's owner for more than a week. And we have about three days left." Blue Lace said. We got on our dragons, and Obsidian kept making jokes to Audrey. "What do you call a dragon that runs for two days? Tired!" He said. It seemed to cheer up Audrey a little bit. She purred and smiled. Later, we went to a small river to get some food in us and our dragons. Scout ate some dog food and dog treats and every once in a while, I would see Moon sneak a piece of hot dog to him. Kyo ate some cat food and some cooked salmon and some cat treats. Ace ate some pieces of chicken Ruby gave to him.
