Never heard of it. What's in it?

Yes, I have heard of Stone Soup. I submitted a story to it last year. It didn't get published, but I really ought to send in another one. It's supposed to be really good for kids since it doesn't have age discrimination and stuff.

Yesyesyes I've been getting Stone Soup for a few years now. I've never submitted anything to it because when I started getting it they had switched entirely to digital submissions. I'm too lazy to make artwork and scan it and upload it. I always liked submitting to Cricket better because I could send mail submissions, though I think that's changed now and they use Submittable now too? I think? (Am I right, Admins? I haven't submitted anything in a while...) Also, they're age limit for submissions is 13 and under, so I probably wouldn't get anything published if I tried to submit anything now... oh well. :( Another reason I love Cricket. But Stone Soup is still great!

Submissions of stories and poems from adults for the main pages of Cricket magazine are only accepted via email. But Cricket League has no upper age limit and only accepts entries via US mail. We can always use more entries in Cricket League. Our January story contest just ended, and we got a lot of great stories. I think February will be art, March poetry, and April story. My mom had been bothering me for a while now about sending something in, since I am 13 and my birthday is in July, and after you turn 14, you can't submit anything anymore. So, I sent some poetry in tonight. I hope I get in, thought it seems unlikely.
