I'll try to freeze the gargoyles so it's easier for me to hack at them with my swords. I did remember to bring my swords, right?

Battle outcome: Complete massacre. The gargoyles barely get off a hit before they are all blasted to sand.

The castle is now sitting in a pile of dust, a tall, imposing building. As the Questors go in, they notice that it seems to be CBan outpost, and they wonder why they were attacked- and then they see the skeletons. There are five of them, each sitting in a pile of gargoyle dust. It appears they put up a fight before they were conquered. In the tower, the Questors find; 

-- 1 map, with enemy encampment marked on it. It appears to be of the surrounding terrain.

-- 25 gold coins. If anyone can sense magic, they realize that these are enchanted so that if a person were to speak into one, the others would produce the words that were spoken.

the Questors continue onwards. they trek over a series of hills, until they reach a narrow pass blocked by an old stone wall, over a hundred feet tall. Gold leaf designs and runes cover it, but the thing that draws one's attention is the silver leaf and gemstone-studded orcish words, "Jiak dakagog smoother than most any rhyme; jiak love ve bi ka saibolk ezar", which translate to: "I run smoother than most any rhyme; I love to fall but cannot climb"

What do you do?

Walk down the wall, looking for a weak spot that can be knocked down or a gate. I'll take the map with me, it might show an entrance somewhere.

USERNAME: possibly wiser (you can capitalize if it makes your grammatical self happy)

APPROXIMATE AGE: Older than she was before(15 going on 16).

CB APPEARANCE: Long brown hair tied back with a ribbon, tortiseshell glasses, wristwatch, and floral skirt. Usually seen with a book.

PERSONALITY: Absent minded(has the tendency to space out), talks out loud to herself, and will go on at great length about something she is enthusiastic about(National Kazoo Day, Music Theory, Poetry). She tries to be polite to everyone but, ocassionally, something will come out wrong.

WEAPONRY/OFFENSIVE MAGIC/GADGETS: Bow and arrow, although her skill is not great.

DEFENSE TECH/MAGIC/ARMOR: Her wristwatch can turn into a shield.

MISC POWERS: Can sometimes read thoughts when touching the person/creature, but it makes her flustered and fidgety so she tends to avoid it.

PERCENTILE CHANCE OF A DRAMATIC ENTRANCE: 79% and probably by accident/noticed by everyone but herself.

PERCENTILE CHANCE OF DOING SOMETHING DUMB BUT ALSO GREAT: 53%

OTHER: Has a companion barnevelder chicken named Kai, to whom she quotes random things. He could be considered a captcha.

I think the answer to the riddle is water. Is that correct?

I look over the riddle and say "water" aloud. I will also pass out the coins, one per person. 

I wonder what the riddle has to do with our quest.
