Hello! Ik I said I was posting Friday but I have some time to write today (it’s thursday in my local time) so... (also, I am going to say it is the first day of school when the rp starts, ok? Tell me if you don’t want it that way.) 

Kate Johnson

“Wake up, Kate.” I woke up to the sound of my mother’s voice. “First day of school. Pretty exciting.”I sat up, yawning. What universe do you live in where school is exciting? Because I want to go live THERE. Most of the time school just meant sitting in boring classrooms, with nothing to do except listen to teachers’ droning voices. Only gym has some excitement. But I tried to be optimistic. I smiled and said, “Yeah, big day.”

I ate some breakfast, brushed my teeth, braided my hair, and got on a red plain t shirt, with a brown jacket and denim jeans. Then I grabbed my rainbow-colored backpack (sounds girly, but better than having it be a boring color like gray or white), and headed for the door. Then my black and white border collie Hunter looked at me, his tail wagging. I smiled and said, “No, you can’t go to school with me, boy.” Then I opened the door and ran out into the fresh air. 

The trees all around me were still full of fresh green leaves. It is still summer for them, I smiled. Then it turned into a gloomy frown. Lucky them. I perked up. Stop being so miserable. The day will only be bad if you make it. I never took the bus, since the outside world is so fresh and new. I would love the scenery even more when the leaves around me turned to red, orange and yellow. It was great looking at the bright energetic trees then, just like me and my friends. Then an idea popped into my head.

Hey, I should start the day by walking to school with some of my friends! That would be perfect! But which ones? I looked around the streets, wondering who I should look for first. Then, when I turned down a street, I saw a certain someone’s house. My face lit up. Tetris! She’s always fun to hang around with! I happily walked over to Tetris’s house, thinking, Maybe this day doesn’t have to be bad. Maybe I could make this day good, if I try. 

EEP! I'm sorry! I got caught up with homework! My teachers dumped a HUGE load on us! Who does that? IT was only our SECOND DAY! Anyway enough with excuses I am going to post! And ok so here is an idea I had (If i's. okay... if not then just ignoe it!) (also I am going to make a new character) ok so well Eric likes Molly but Tetris likes Eric but Jake likes Tetris! Is this okay @Fleet&La'crosse?

~Jake's POV

I wake up to the blaring of my alarm. I wave my hand around until I hit a button and it turn the alarm off. I go back to sleep only to wake up 5 MINUTES LATER BECAUSE I HIT SNOOZE! I sigh and slowly get up, actually turning my alarm off. Then I remembered: It was the first day of school!

I threw on a pair of khaki shorts and a black and white striped top. I comb my hair back and gell it a bit to look nice. I really wanted to impress Tetris! She was so... so just amazing! I smile in the mirror and then head downstairs to the kitchen. I grabbed my bag and a granola bar and went outside to wait for the bus. Eric, Daniel, Connor, Alex, and I are all on the same bus, which is good. Across the street I see Kate walking probably to Tetris's house. I wave and she waves back. Then the bus comes.

~Eric's POV

I retie my white bandanna and run a hand through my hair subconciously. Connor had messed with my hair again. He was a real prankster. I couldn't wait to see his First Day Prank. Then a hand grabbed my glasses.

"Hey!" I yelled, because without my glasses I am as blind as a bat.

I kind of see Alex holding them just out of my reach. I blindly grab for them.

"HEY BOYS!" Mrs. Carter, the bus driver, yells "SETTLE DOWN BACK THERE!"

We mutter apologies and I get my glasses back. Then I see we had come to Jake's stop. He comes on and runs to the back when he sees us. We talk about prank ideas on the way to school

Appearance: Short black hair, with a bit of a wavy texture. As everyone else, I’ll  say her clothes in RP. She broke tradition and doesn’t wear dresses. She has a pale skin tone, and a bit of a depressing look about her face, even if she smiles. Her violet eyes are mesmerizing. Anyway, NEXT SUBJECT.

Personality: Very monotone. She doesn’t really have emotions, other than around her friends. But, even then.

“Hey, Suki.” I rolled over to see my mom putting up laundry in my closet. I sat up, looked at the clock and almost screamed. “I’m almost late!” I got up, ran over to the closet and grabbed my clothes. I ran to my bathroom, and opened my drawers. “Hairbrush... Ah-ha!” I grabbed it and brushed my tangled hair. Changing, I thought to myself, “Wonder what we’re doing in school today?” I slipped on my watch, and ran to the kitchen. Grabbing my toast, and shoving it in my mouth, I walked over to the bus stop. “7:24,” I said, watching the bus come along. “Hop on, Miss, uh...” Everyone always can’t say my last name. “Nonomura.” Stepping on the bus, I sling my backpack into a seat and sat down. Let’s see, you have your boys in the front, girlies in the back, and weirdos like me in the middle next to the window.

At school, we all had to find home room. This girl with a yellow shirt on was singing, “Born In the U.S.A.,” an eighties song. Okay, another weirdo. “Found home room!” This blond kid yelled. We all ran in. The teacher didn’t look so bad. “Role call, everyone.” I listened closely. “Kate Johnson?” I heard a voice call out from behind me. “Here.” Okay. The girl with braids is Kate. “Eric Barns?” I looked in front of me, and a boy said “H-Here.” Shy, like me... After about 20 other names, I heard a very odd one. “Tetris Goldstein.” The girl who was singing! “Here, ma’am,” I heard her say. “Suki Nonomura?” I raised my hand, and said, “Here.” Everyone looked at me. “Good.”

That was tough. Maybe something-or someone- will make it easier.

I slouched in my bus seat, trying to drown out the annoying chatter of those prank-happy doofuses in the back row. The bus driver slams down on the breaks, right at Tetris's stop. I looked out the window with my dark brown eyes: Where was she? Then, I remembered our plan. My mind rushed with panicked thoughts, but everyone knows that panic is weakness. I dragged myself up from my seat and proceeded to head out.

"Eyy," The driver snarled, "Wheredya think YER going?"

"I'll walk." I waved him off with a pale hand and jumped onto the grass. Good: Tetris didn't get too far. 

"Hey 99!" I shouted as I ran to her, only now realising she wasn't alone. Crud: she must be one of those friends she talked about. As soon as Tetris saw me, she gasped in horror.

"Ohmigosh, I TOTALLY forgot we were gonna walk to school together!" Tetris shouted in shock. 

"I assumed you would, but it's no biggie." I shrugged nonchalantly, thanking the good lord above that she was as forgetful as ever, "Who's the broad?"

"Oh, this is Kate!" she gestured to the other girl, who waved politely, "Kate, meet Brayza. I met her at a summer camp!"

"She wrote her number on a comic I drew." I rolled my eyes, making Kate giggle, "Mind if I walk with you two?"

"No problem!"  Kate smiled warmly.
