Just a short
Just a short something that popped in my head asking to be written...
”Have you ever been in a car and seen something amazing or beautiful out of your window, and you want to show it to someone on the other side of the car? And yet, no matter how they lean and twist, they can’t see it?”
Three lone smokestacks stood in the blazing orange sky with billowing pillars of cloud rising up out of them. They guided my eye to their tall figures so that they looked out upon the whole city engulfed in the last breath of the fiery sun.

Ooh, I love the last bit- "engulfed in the last breath of the fiery sun.". This is really cool, keep working on it!

Cool! And I agree, that last sentence is super awesome. It makes me feel like I'm going to suffocate somehow.

I've had that feeling so many times. And your imagery is really good. I can see the smokestacks moving, begging to be drawn. Agh, I have too many things I want to do...
