Name: Nebraska (goes by Ras) Willard

Appearance: Chin length bleached hair with dark brown roots, usually straightened. Light brown skin, black/dark brown eyes. Wears some minimal makeup (concealer, mascara, you get the gist). They usually wear high-waisted corduroy pants, a plain white tee, and either a black bomber jacket or a grey Pink Floyd 1973 Dark Side of the Moon U.S. Tour denim jacket.

Personality: Pretty chill w/ people, but has a hard time making meaningful relationships with other people. Doesn't like being the center of attention. Can be kind of clingy.

Appearance: He has medium-length, slightly wavy auburn hair usually hidden under a sky blue baseball cap. His skin is slightly darker than an apricot hue. His dark green eyes are somewhat, but not very, close-set. He is quite skinny with somewhat well-defined muscles, and is quite short for his age. He usually wears a light gray hoodie, some blue or black t-shirt, black corduroy pants and black and red sneakers.
