I decided to construct my own character development exercise! To get a good feel for your character, whether this be someone old and beloved or brand new, try to fill out as much of this as you can! You don't have to do this all at once, but I hope it helps you create a well-rounded, authentic character!

Wow, St! This is an awesome idea. It makes me want to create a random character, like, right now. I will definitely use this the next time I need to make a character! It looks really great for, like you said, getting a good feel for a charrie. I love all the super-specific details for the appearance especially. It kinda makes me think of the Skyrim character-making part where you have a ton of different options that you can adjust for everything to like, their eyebrows.
Maybe I'll use this to make an OC....

"Why it can or cannot be maintained" refers to how well and how often your character cares for their hair. For example, someone who washes their hair daily would keep it well maintained. Someone who washes it weekly, maybe not as much. Constraints could include time or simply not caring enough.
Ectomorph, endomorph, and mesomorph are the three types of body types - google them, it's helpful to consider!
Speech mannerisms can include stuttering, or filler words like "um" or "like."
"Active" refers to if they go to services, which holidays they celebrate and in what ways they celebrate them, etc. Basically, performing the rituals involved with that religion.
And a "type" is something that people consistently find attractive in other people. For example, your "type" could be blondes, or people interested in your fandoms, or a particular behavioral pattern - it varies from person to person.
