Chatterbox: Inkwell

In my spare time, I like to create characters, then never use them again. It's a weird hobby, but I like it. One day, I was traing for a 5k, and I saw a classmate. She was part of that annoying, "popular" clique. She walked up to me, then started talking about how she liked to run, and agreed to do a training program with me in the spring. This conversation was the first step to the birth of Livia Roséda Morrows, a character I base off of myself. I created a town called Woodland Heights, much like my hometown. The same classmate became a good friend, and shared my love of running. That person lead to Josephine Orwall, or Josi. Two other close friends became Emily Rose (yes, Rose is a last name) and Eliza Rose. These four characters blossomed in my head, but I had no story to put them into. 

About three weeks after that, my friends and I won a dodgeball game. It's not that much of a accomplishment, but I rarely win anything in P.E. I wrote a short story using those characters, plus 2 new ones. Now, I have a hobby of documenting exciting events as Livia Roséda Morrows. A list of characters from these short stories is below. 

Livia Morrows- Me, pretty much. 

Eliza and Emily Rose- Eliza is solidly based off of one of my close friends. She is obsessed with Hamilton, cats, and anything Japanese. Emily is based off of two people I know. One of them is a nice know-it-all, while the other is a art-obsessed, smart gal.  

Josephine Orwall (Josi): I pretty much described her already. I mistook (let's just call this person by the characters name) Josi for a rude and annoying sort of person, until that moment while I was training. She's good at running, art, and a very thoughtful and funny person. 

Joan and Dexter: Joan is based off of a girl who everybody loves, and nobody is mean or rude to her. Dexter is a quiet boy who is very thoughtful, but almost never speaks. 

Claire and Ella: That rude, popular clique (ugh). 

Marie: That athletic girl who is funny, and sarcastic. She made a winning shot in that dodgeball game(!).
