Cliché: The sad, misunderstood, seemingly evil boy that is struggling with his identity. All the fangirls love him. (Think Nico DiAngelo and Draco Malfoy.) 

Additional Personality (not too much of this beyond the cliché): He is really shy, and even though he seems really mean, he *gasp* is actually really sensitive. He speaks very poetically, and doesn't have many friends. 

Backstory (probably very tragic): He is raised by a single father, but thinks he has a mother and twin sister. Along with a bad family, he has deppression and social anxiety. Because of this, he is often tempted to the "dark side". 

Skills (lay it on thick!): Reading minds. Nobody else knows he has this ability, and he uses it sparingly. 

Good, Evil, or Neutral: Evil turned good!

Ship (let's get ourselves a love triangle): Open to ships with both genders! Maybe a love triangle?

Just submitted a charrie without a name. *facepalm* I think I'm going to name him Navy [last name to be decided], because there's nothing better than unrealistic, overly unique names!

Cliché: The one that everyone's in love with but somehow convinces herself that she's ugly and no one loves her

Additional Personality (not too much of this beyond the cliché): Only really has a personality when complaining/being confused about her many suitors or complaining about her supposed ugliness

Backstory (probably very tragic): She's secretly the daughter of the GODDESS OF BEAUTY WOAH but she doesn't know it (that will have to be melodramatically revealed later) but she was abducted by one of Ffej's henchmen, who abused her, etc. until she ran away.

Skills (lay it on thick!): Never dying when she gets captured (which is a lot), convincing people to do stuff, being oblivious, looking pathetic, having whatever convineint skills are needed when she was previously bad at these skills, being rediculously lucky

Good, Evil, or Neutral: Good, of course *bats eyelashes*

Ship (let's get ourselves a love triangle): Everyone's in love with her, but she's oblivious/can't make up her mind

Other: She probably has some really convinient powers from her mom

also also I just thought up a better reason why Ffej is extremely young, when Ffej got sealed away into a random edgy demension, 50 years went by in the real world, but Ffej didn’t age. When he got out of the demension, He was still like 15, while his brother is an elder now. (Maybe that could help defeat him?)

Okay, I think I’ve got it. 

Name: Aster Flinn

Gender: Boyflux

Age: 15

Cliché: That noble, tragic hero who will always carry everyone else’s burdens and never complains. 

Additional personality: Chill, easy to talk to, pacifist.  

Backstory: A pretty average kid, very bland and open-minded parents. Had a decent life with the usual ups and downs. Barely gets by in school, not because he isn’t smart but because he doesn’t see as much value in the poor broken educational system as having fun and helping his friends (everyone) with their personal problems. Has mild aspirations; music or life coaching if not customer service. His down-for-anything will-help-anyone attitude gets him into all sorts of interesting places and unusual company, including that of the girl who will drag him into this mess.

Skills: Making friends, getting people to talk, has a knack for words and averting crises. Always keeps cool. Practice (mostly at parties) has led him to be good at sports, video games, guitar, drums, fashion, persuasion, negotiation, humor and flirting. 

Good, Evil or Neutral: Good, or maybe Neutral? I’m not sure.

Ship: I don’t know, but he’s pan and up for grabs. 

Other: Always wears a little silver pendant. I’d say it doesn’t mean anything but that’s not a cliché, so we’ll go with a token from his grandparent who he was very close to and who is now either in poor health or dead. Uses he/him and they/them pronouns, but likes it when pronouns are avoided altogether. 

Name: Julietta Price

Gender: Female

Age: 15 

Cliché: The one who will always stand up for what is right.

Additional personality: Very passionate and idealistic, insanely determined, strong sense of justice, an all-or-nothing kind of person, and a stickler. The way she sees it, all that matters is doing the right thing. Doesn’t mean to go looking for trouble, but she certainly finds it.

Backstory: Born male, transitioned several years back. Not exactly rich. Moved around a bit with her parents and her little sister, had a decent life but always longed for more. Jumped at every chance she got to ‘make it big’, and while nothing has worked so far, she’s not going to give up.

Skills: Talking, shouting above a crowd, arguing, badgering, organizing, annoying, running, most sports, dancing, singing, public speaking, anything she sets her mind to. Very punctual, a big dreamer, great at getting things done. 

Good, Evil or Neutral: Good, although it might shift without her realizing it depending on what her goals and ideas are.

Ship: Hetero, probably has a crush on Aster, but not necessarily exclusive. Tsundere.

Other: Close with her family, keeps a diary. Wants to be an activist or celebrity. 

Name: Ashziar (Ash-siar [goes by Ash])

Gender: FEMININE

Age: 15

Cliché: Very powerful, independant, and beautiful girl who doesn't believe in makeup.

Additional Personality: A paradox. Some might think that she has split-personality-disorder, but she doesn't. She's just complicated.

Backstory: Was found by the authorities when she was a baby on their doorstep. Was raised in a cottage in the middle of a forest but was destroyed in a forest fire. She barely escaped with her life and has been living on the streets ever since with her dog, a yellow lab/husky mix.

Skills: Knows some par cour and some karate, physically and mentally strong, good with animals, tends to impress people accidentally.

Good, Evil, or Neutral: Neutral

Ship (let's get ourselves a love triangle): Very open to shipping with a guy (or two), but she is more likely to fall excrutiatingly slowly, meanwhile brushing it away as 'a hormonal crush that will go away soon'. Very oblivious to flirting, if her friend teases her about somebody flirting with her she'd be really confused. Just wants someone who will be a shoulder for her to lean on and someone who will trust her enough to rant to her.

Other: Hates too much social time. Her dog's name is Liberty, but Ash calls her Lib or Bert a lot of the time. Bert is playful, oblivious, energetic, loving, loyal, overly friendly, and has no sense of personal space.

On yet another note, does anybody here actually have relationship experience irl? I don't, but I'd like Ash's ships to be a bit Realistic instead of Ideal. *You wonder where you've heard that before...*

@Viola? I think that's about right for the world, maybe add a dash of dystopian customs and we're good!

We can start now.  Just to set up and initial plotline to get everything flowing, maybe the Professor sends out recruitment messages to all of the special peeps.  Or, if you want, you can be a pre-existing member as well. Their base is an oddly accomodated underground bunker unedneath a city alleyway. 

Professor Germaine ~~~

Professor Germaine poked a couple of keys and effectively hacked the city's mainframe.  She tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear and typed something in to the interface.   All over the city, a select few had a special message pop up on there phone with a number to call if they were interested.

The professor smiled, satisfied.  Now all there was to do was wait.
