WRITING CONTEST Y’ALL

So Stone Soup (if you don’t know what it is, it is a mag that publishes kids’ stories, artwork, poetry, reviews, etc.) is partnering with a publishing company and doing a writing comp. There are Elementary, Middle, and High School divisions, and basically all you need to do is write a book and enter it by January first. It can be a picture book, a chapter book, a children’s novel, a YA novel etc., and the winner of each age group gets $1,000, a subscription to Stone Soup, and a deal with the publishing company!!! I just saw that there is an entry fee of $30. I’m not sure if it’s something I should do, but I thought of you guys when I saw it. Anyone can join as long as they fit into one of the 3 age groups, so I think many of you would do a great job with this.
