A Village Of Secrets

So, this is a story I'm writing. The title is "A Village Of Secrets". Here goes nothing! 

Prologue: 

In the middle of the deepest, darkest woods, there is a petite village. A village that no one knows about. A village of secrets. It is called Amber Grove. Amber Grove was supposed to be hidden away. For a big secret is hidden there. A very big secret. A secret that can only be found when an outsider and a villager work together to stop Her. The outsider is yet to be found. But everyone suspects a certain villager. Everyone suspects the Meyers girl.

Crystal sat on her bed, looking at the ceiling. She despratley wanted to get up and explore the Woods, but Mother was still awake. Crystal sat thinking, trying not to awake her sister Melenie. Suddenly, an idea sprang into her mind. She grabbed some rope - she was an adventourus girl - and quietly lowered herself out the window. She grabbed a basket and set out. Crystal dropped small pebbles to find her way back. After about 10 minutes of walking, she found it. The Whisper Tree. She picked some of its berries, and the ran as fast as she could back.

Leo took off on his skateboard. Houses and people whizzed by like flies. After Leo arrived in the park, he felt drawn to the woods. He walked silently until he found a tree......
