How do I
How do I begin? This is hard.
Well, hello, Chatterbox.
Nearly (or perhaps already) three years of my life have included this beautiful site. I began on Kyngdom, roleplaying in true, demanding Mary Sue fashion. I soon moved to everywhere I could find here--beginning with several roleplays (many of which I ruined with self-inserts and such) on the Inkwell. I was (and still are, ending this September) homeschooled with too much time on my hands and without a social life.
I wanted to be popular so badly. Only a few weeks/a month after I joined I insisted that I was not to be counted as a "New CBer". I was demanding, rude, and crazy about being a part of this enticing site.
And then that changed. I got rid of my AEs, took breaks, and learned that lying isn't the right choice. I stopped 'leaving' constantly. I just realized what needed to be stopped. I can't explain what happened. I guess I just grew up a little.
I was so ashamed of the crazy person I was that I spent some time under a pseudonym. The time I spent under that mask was both binding and freeing--I didn't have to feel guilty anymore, but, due to the fact that I was hidden under an anonymous name, I felt comfortable with being more honest, even when it hurt other people. In other words, I was ruder.
But I kept learning. The Chatterbox taught me about kindness. I stopped feeling horrible and started enjoying myself again. Narrator Thirty-Three appeared, and I felt like, for once, I had actually made the right AE for me.
I finally stopped hiding behind that anonymous mask. And now I'm here.
I began on the CB as an eleven-year-old. Now I'm turning fourteen in three days and are about to start highschool, when the only school I've ever been to was preschool. It's scary, but I still have people I can count on, right here on this site.
So, instead of getting virtual gifts and confetti for my CBversary this year, I want to give y'all a huge thank you for getting me through some tough times. Thanks, everyone.
(I still want a digital chocolate cake though.)

Um... they're something I created in my prank shop. They're a version of the prank snowballs which never melt... in honor of your older AEs, (even though they may have seemed annoying to you,)-and of all the memories we remember earlier with you and your AEs. We hope to make many many many new memories with you here. :)
Anyways-whats you do with them is just throw them into the air, and it will suddenly start snowing in that room-and won't stop until you say a certain command.
The command is up to you to create-but you must be careful because the first thing you say after taking off the wrapping on the ball(s) becomes the command to have it stop snowing.

Hi! You may remember me as Wiseowl, or unsuspectingstrytllr. How've you been? How's your sister, Eli?
Honestly, gurl, I went through pretty much the same process! Mary Sue heroines in first person was how I rolled. BUt, like you, I grew up. I came to understand that the world doesn't revolve around me. Hopefully you can see that in my writing, even though now I pretty much only do poetry and short stories.
I have started highschool. The past three days were my introduction and they were very BORING. Thakfully, I have friends throughout my middle school district, so I know at least one person in every one of my classes. It was kind of overwhelming at first, but just hold your head high and walk like you own the place and no one will know. I've also made a couple of friends just by saying "Hi, I'm Spring Flower. What's your name?"
So yeah! Super glad you're back!!!

I haven't been "gone" really, just kinda drifting around. I'm glad that you're getting used to high school--mine hasn't started quiiite yet, but I'll be sending updates in September. I definitely remember you as both Wiseowl and unsuspectingstrytllr.

Good luck with high school! I'm sure you'll do well, and as you said, we're here for you.

I'm glad CB has been helpful and supportive. Beleive me, I know how it feels not to have a social life, being at home schooled as well. Thankfully, CB is here to save us, and everyone in it too. We all got your back, Icy, and many more CBversaries to come!

Happy CBversary Icy! For as long I've known you on the Chatterbox, you've been kind, and fun, and a great person to be friends with. I know from personal experience that it's hard to find out how to be interesting and confident without being crazy and annoying. (And I can 100% relate to the Mary Sue thing. I've never been good with RPing.) You're super duper cool, and I wish you the best in high school. *Tackle hugs*
