Chatterbox: Inkwell

So, this is a story I'm thinking about writing. 

Vienna, or Via, doesn't know who her mother is or why her father is always panicking. On her eleventh birthday, her father gives her a gift: A necklace with a locket shaped like a book. That night, she has a dream. She hears a voice saying one thing over and over: The Talent. She asks her father what that is, and he tells her that people who have The Talent can posses the book locket. The book is acutally a spell book that gives Vienna ultamite power. But if she uses it wrong, it could dstroy everything she loves. Her father tells her that lots of people want the locket, and many are very bad people. Vienna seeks out the Creator, who is the creator of the locket. On her way there, she meets a boy (I haven't figured out his name), whose family was destroyed by the book. The boy secretly wishes to destroy the book, but goes along with Vienna.
