New Wings of Fire RP!
Yes I know there's already one going on but I had the craziest idea and had to RP it!
Jade Mountain Acadamy has been a complete success among the tribes. Together, The Dragonets of Destiny and the 6 Tribe Queens decide to open up another school in the hills of the Sky Kingdom, the school that now and forever will be known as Sanctuary's Acadamy. This school is built right into the hills around Sanctuary and has a beautiful view of the Sanctuary Lake, as cold as an IceWing'sscales they say. Classes now include All Tribe Dance Classes along with singing, Ancient Legends, Tribe Cultures Throughout the Years, and Mindreading/Futuretelling/Anumis classes (all of which are extremely rare and headed by no other than Winter himself, the dragon who came up with the idea of this school.) If you have any concerns or problems, headmaster Kinkajou will be happy to talk with you! Please see the front desk before entering as you will be placed in one of the seven winglets, Lizard Winglet, Cow Winglet, Sheep Winglet, Goat Winglet, Trout Winglet, Hawk Winglet, or Scavenger Winglet. You will also be placed in a cave with 1-2 other dragonets in your very winglet (any concerns can be talked out with the headmaster) all, of course, will be dragons from different tribes! We hope you enjoy your stay dragonets!
Rules-
-Only seven dragons are allowed in Winglets AND they must be of different tribes.
-NO OP-NESS! If I say its OP, or if someone else says its OP, then you must change it.
-HYBRIDS ARE VERY RARE AND THEY MUST COME FROM SOMETHING LOGICAL LIKE POSSIBILITY OR SANCTUARY OR FROM DRAGONETS FROM THE ORIGINAL JADE MOUNTAIN STUDENTS
-NO ANUMIS DRAGONS
-ONLY ONE FUTURE READING OR MIND READING DRAGON, this may change later I just don't want everyone doing a bunch of those charries, ONLY WEAK POWERS OR NONE AT ALL are preferable.
-You CAN be dragons from the first/second arc that when the books ended, they were still dragonets. Like, Peacemaker or Cliff or Akulet, and they would be around 5 or 6 or 7 now. (also feel free to be one of the main arc's peoples dragonets, like Firefly but they would probably go to Jade Mountain so nvm)
-Remember that the many Princes of the SeaWing Royalty line can have daughters, and these daughters are able to challenge for the throne until one of them gets it, and then not anymore. Also, all these dragons have anumis blood, which I thought was pretty reckless of Coarl, right? I mean she didn't need a daughter when she had sons who could have daughters.
- All the Queens will be the same as the ending of the last book. This can change during the RP (most likely being the SeaWings, but none of her daughters are likely to challenge for the throne)
-With making professors please follow the books as to who would make the most sense for what. Pass code is Jade and your dragon's tribe. Also, Moon and Quibli are gone, no one knows where they went, no one knows about the Lost Continent besides Hope, and even then all she knows is rumors. Oh also, shes probably the one telling Winter about how to deal with mindreaders/futuredragons/anumisses
-you may have 1-2 charries, but dont forget about them!!!!

Winglet: Scavenger Winglet
Tribe: Ice/Mud
Appearance: Looks like a normal IceWing all except her snout is a little wider and shorter then a normal IceWing's and her spines are shorter but not by much. Her scales are a light cyan color, and in certain light, she has light amber undertones and claws, like mud trapped in snow. Her wings are also stripped faintly with the same color, like little frozen ripples in the mud. She has IceWIng eyes but her pupils are a light, misty green not blue. Has a blue-studded hoop at the top of one ear and a silver necklace of a tree.
Personality: Shy and quiet at first but talkative once you get to know her. Extremely sarcastic and defensive about basically everything. Has random anxiety attacks at random times. Acts as an anchor of calm in a time of crisis. Isn't the smartest but tries her hardest. Isn't afraid to use her fangs. Protective and protected, shes an ice ball even the dragons with the hottest scales cant burn past. Once you earn her trust you have it forever, unless of course you break it in a horrible way, then in which she will mount your head on a spike and hang your body from Jade Mountain's peak. Capable of looking out for herself and doesn't need anyone else to, will sometimes hurt dragons to protect them from her. Doesn't like to talk about 'home'.
Quirks: Has a good sense of humor, especially good at IceWing dance practices, is interested in the Myths and Legends of the Tribes, curious about the way other tribes (or all tribes) work. Likes jewels but the topaz on her earing is the only one she has. Has rare bursts of kindness when she thinks a dragon needs it most.
Weaknesses: Protected, doesn't like opening up about 'feelings' (whatever those are). Will often leap into fights without thinking, and of course, regrets it later. Has a hidden soft side she dubs as weak. Self-conscious but acts like she doesn't care. Her own worrying often gets in the way of her relationships and affects what others think of her.
Background: Was raised by IceWing 'standards' by her mother, as in 'whipped into shape', and often told how bad she was at everything. Almost completely ignored by her father, who sometimes talks to her to tell her what a disappointment she is or to give her some old fashion MudWing 'battle training'. Very protective of her little brother because of this, yet he was treated much better by both parents because he looked like a MudWing. Was born and raised in Possibility. Mother was from one of the IceWing villages outside the circles, although she still thinks its important for an IceWing to know everything a circle dragon would, even if she never demonstrates any of it she expects her daughter to. Her father left his sib group and hasn't talked to them in many years. Ripple doesn't even know who they are. She's relived the SandWing queen got her and her brother's messege about wanting to go to school (she doesn't really want to go she just wants to escape her parents) and talked to the IceWing queen to allow her to take up an IceWing spot (she would rather no one knew she was a hybrid).
Other/something I forgat: Has a little brother who looks like a MudWing but acts like an IceWing. I'll make a charrie sheet for him if someone else doesn't want to RP him! Oh, and she's open to shipping.

Heres Ripple’s brothers charrie sheet.
Oh and Ripples scales are cold though she can’t withstand cold and is somehow always cold. She also has a skinny build and smaller then usual lungs. Neither can breath any sort of fire (probably)
Name: Bluejay
Age: around 4-5
Winglet: Lizard Winglet
Tribe: Mudwing/Ice
Apperance: Looks like a smaller-then-usual MudWing dragonet with milk chocolate brown scales. Has cream colored under scales and wings (which also seem to glimmer in the sunlight). Has hazel brown eyes and a snout a little longer and sharper then it should be. Also has longer horns and spines which seem to have hints of blue at curtain angles. Has a skinner frame then he should and his scales are warm though he can withstand cold degrees and is always too hot. Has a simple silver ring with markings of leaves around his little claw.
Personality: He has a lot of energy and is often bouncing all over the place. Has no patience though he does have a big heart. Smart, and he cares more about trying to impress dragons then his sister does, and he’s been listening and learning from her ‘Icewing’ lessons. He likes looking imposing and glittery like his sister, and practices his ‘I’m better then u’ face in the mirror. Confident, has a big ego, impulsive at times, arrogant. Naive.
Quirks: funny, and always knows the right time to crack a joke to ease an awkward situation. Confident. Smart, though doesn’t really show it because Mudwings are supposed to be dumb. He lives learning and is eager to learn musicality, and is looking forwards to showing off his singing skills. Has a big heart.
Weaknesses: Arrgoent, sometimes makes bad situations worse- but not on purpose. Has a bigger ego then he should. Can be snappy but not mean it. Has warm scales but prefers cold climates. Feels like he was boren in the wrong scales; wishes he looked like an icewing. Thinks he’s better then everyone else.
Background: treated ok by his parents, but they caused his ego and arrogance. His ring was given to him by his sister before they left Possibilaty. His sister saved him more then once, he has no street smarts. He was named by his sister, who thought he looked like a bluejay chick when he hatched. Was excited to learn things at school but now is a tad nervous.

Name: Raindancer
Age: 6
Winglet: Scavenger
Tribe: Nightwing/Rainwing
Appearance: A purplely-black Nightwing. She has a prehinsile tail and is slimmer than other Nightwings. She can breath fire and has specklings of rainbow scales instead of silver under her wings. Her eyes change color in the light.
Personality: Shy and quiet. She isn't afraid to speak her mind when it's most important.
Quirks: She loves dancing and swimming. She also loves to do art, but isn't the best at it. Athough she's part Rainwing she loves meat and is one of the best hunters in her tribe.
Weaknesses: She can be too shy and is slightly a doormat. She can be manipulated if it's done correctly and she often can be too trusting.
Background: Well, her mom is a Nightwing. Her dad is a Rainwing. She grew up in the rainforest.
Other: She has a moonstone braclet. And is really intuative. She'll get random feelings sometimes and they're often correct. Exp. scared= tree falling down or something bad happened.

Background: Normal life in the Seawing Palace.

I love your dragons, Moonfrost! Can Raindancer and Ripple be Clawmates?
Oh and also specify which spot the hybrids are taking up in a winglet. (sorry I forgot to say that lol)
Ripple's taking up the IceWing spot (doesnt really tell anyone she's a hybread and will get defensive if someone asks) and Bluejay's taking up the Mudwing spot (his sister told him to pretend to be a full-blooded Mudwing but he wont get defensive or give a specific answer if someone asks)
Oh, and one quick little thing Moonfrost, I sorta have a pet peeve about dragons having the same name as the tribe they come from. I dont know why it just bothers me lol. If its not asking too much could you perhaps change Raindancer to something like Clouddancer or Stormcaller or Weatherwhisperer or Cloudsummoner or Sunblocker (lol you don't have to use one of those just suggestions ;p)
Oh and feel free to make backgrounds for other winglets, something tells me there won't be many people joining. XP

Name: Noon
Age (around): 6
Winglet: Scavanger
Tribe: RainWing
Apperance: Vibrant scales with bright emerald-green eyes. Usually wears different shades of swirling Amber with lighter shades towards her wings and claws. Described as pretty and glamorous by jellous RainWings.
Personality: curious, kind, understanding. Takes inspiration from Queen Glory and strives to be like her. Wants the RainWing tribe to be as strong as Queen Glory wants them to be, and will help her make it possible. Isn’t afraid to fight, unlike some rainwings, but won’t do it if not provoked. Doesn’t like it when dragons read her scales so she keeps them as calm as possible with the occasional shifts in colors to stop her moods from showing. Can be sarcastic, but she mostly picks it up from other dragons, because she thinks it makes her seem stronger. Doesn’t like being perceived as week. Can be annoying, has a good sence of humor. Things dragons say often go over her head but she pretends to understand. Oblivious. Can be anxious.
Quirks: Tries to loosen tension with jokes, or if she just doesn’t know what else to say. Is excited to learn about other tribes, fighting moves, political dragon stuff, and just education in general. Wants to be an advisor or top general to her queen, and wants to help her tribe care more. She is kind, understanding, and knows when someone needs her help.
Weeknesses: often copies other dragons because she doesn’t like the fact that she was boren a RainWing and thinks their morals are messed up. She mostly copies Queen Glory, but since she’s not going to be around her as much she might copy another sarcastic dragon because she thinks it makes her seem strong. Doubtful of herself. Often oblivious. Sometimes her own personality shines through but she often freezes and tries to play it off.
Background: has looked up to Queen Glory all her dragonet hood and often visits the NightWing villages to see how they run things. Likes the NightWings more then RainWings because they’re sensible. Strives to prove herself to the queen, and hopes to be something important in her tribe one day, and to help them become a better tribe. When Queen Glory told her the best thing to help her tribe is to get an edjucation, she immediately accepted.
Other: uh she’ll take the RainWing spot I guess if Raindancer doesn’t.

Age: 6ish
Winglet: Scavanger
Tribe: Sand/Mudwing
Appearance: Light sandy brown scales with darker milky brown wings, claws, and under scales. Normal SandWing build, accept he’s a little wider and more muscled. His snout is also sort of flatter and his horns curl up. He does not have a poisonous barb. He can breath fire though. His wing is also torn at the edges and there’s a scar across his neck and chest. He wears a gold chain to cover it. He also has one hoop in his right ear, golden spiked rings, and a golden tooth. His scales still radiate heat.
Personality: Rough, loud, anxious and freaks out over little things. A real...uh... rude dragon. Likes angering others for fun. Has a broken past but covers it well, he doesn’t like talking about it. Uses humor to cover his weaknesses. Can’t sit still.
Quirks: likes to learn though he won’t admit it, extremely loyal, pretty good at hunting and arts and crafts and is really looking forwards to learning how to read. Can be kind and is soft on the inside.
Weeknesses: his past often gets in the way of his now. Not the smartest. Will often fight if provoked. He gets stressed easily and if he is he might freak out. Anxious. Can’t sit still.
Background: Boren in Possibility (if that’s alright). Was part on a gang, and has the claw marks tattooed on his shoulder still. Has killed many dragons and got in lots of fights, an IceWing gave him his torn wings and a a SandWing just missed his heart with their poisonous tail. Queen Thorn thought it would be good for him if he went to school and left his rouge past behind, he reminded of her of Qibli. He stole all the jewelry he wears. Doesn’t want to go to school and still works for his gang.
Other: He’ll take up the SandWing spot. (Maybe Queen Thorn went through Possibility to see which dragons needed the new school the most? Maybe? And that’s where she found Ripple, BlueJay, and Kauri?)
