kJenna looked up into the face of Casey. 

“I’m sorry. I, uh, I didn’t know that those things were private. But, um, you know, I’ve got Dad Problems too. Maybe we could talk about them some time? Or, I don’t know, no pressure-“ 

“Really, you wanna talk? First you make a complete fool of yourself at school. Then invade my house, and finally, try to make me feel bad about myself?”

”I wasn’t-“

”No. I don’t want to talk, Jenna. Just. Get. Out.”

Jenna turned her back and ran down out of Casey’s  room and down the stairs, wiping one tear off her cheek as she tried to hold the rest in.
