A Story Over

A Story Over Good and Evil....NOT! 

A long time ago, in a faraway land.....(Cue record stopping noise) Yeah, lets not start with that. Lets go with this: 

Sitting on the sofa, I switch channels on the TV. Nothing good is on, so I walk to the kitchen. My mom is cooking what looks like eggs. " Emma, go fetch your siblings", she says. I walk through our apartment to my room and find everyone their. By everyone I mean my twin Anna, Silena, Jack, and Brook. "C'mon Silena, Jack, Brook, and Anna. Dinner. I think its omlets." Brook screams. " Yay! Eggies, here I come!", and she races off with Jack and Silena. I say to Anna, " I was looking at my texts and found one that said R.S.V.P. Odd, right?" "Yeah", she answers, and we sit down for dinner. 

The next day I'm doing my homework with Anna when Silena races into the room. "Annie, Emmy, come look at what's in Jackie's room!" " It can't be that bad. I'll take a look", answers Anna. A moment later I hear a shriek. I race into Jack's room. I see 2 eggs, one purple, one green. I reach for the purple one, and it hatches. Anna reaches for the green one and the same thing happened. A note is attached to mine. I read it. It says: Dear Emmaline Lustunia di Marcolos and Annamarie Maureen di Marcolos, These are your AEs. They will be your companion for the rest of your life and can switch forms. The form that thy are currently in will be their favourite. Sincerly, Elisabeth di Marcolos. I look down at my AE and see that it is a lavender and white fox. Anna stares at me, mouth open. Jack, Silena, and Brook passed out. "I wonder if they were supposed to see that", says Anna. My phone dings. I look at my E-mails and see one titled AE Acadmy. I glance at Anna. "Before we read it, we need to name the AEs.", I say. " To make it easy, lets give them our second name." "Good idea.", answers Anna. "Mine is Maureen, and yours is Lustinia.

I reach for Lustunia, and to my suprise, she talked! (Hey! You know I could do that! Ann, butt out of this!) "Must... have..... FOOD." I quickly gave her a cracker. She gobbled it up. "Oh-kay.... let's just read your E-mail.", says Anna. I read it aloud. Dear Emmaline Lustunia and Annamare Maureen, You have been invited to attend the AE Academy. Please comment R.S.V.P. below. Thanks!  "That wasen't very exciting.", I said. "You'd think they'd give more info." Suddenly, I saw a tornado of darkness. 

"OMIGOSH WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENEND!?", screamed Anna. "I have no idea whatsoever" I answer. I see a castle up ahead. "I think thats the Academy", I say. "Well then, let's go." says Anna. We walk up and down hills, and finally, w are at the entrance. A woman in dark robes comes to us. She says, "Oh what beautiful girls. You must be thirsty. Have this." She gives us a purple liquid. We both drink, and I collapse. Anna sobs. But then, I feel strong. I get up, but Anna turns into a dark wisp of nothing. I scream. "Gorgan blood!", cackles the woman. "And now, a new sculpture" She takes off her headress and looks at me. Her hair is snakes, she has goldon wings, and bloodthirsty lips. "Medusa", I say. I wait to turn to stone.

I didn't turn to stone. Instead, I glowed a bright gold and levitated a bit, then plopped down on my rear. Medusa screamed. I looked at her. Stone! I look aroud for Lustunia. When I see her, I catch her. "From now on, your Annamarie Lustunia." "Well, that's a mouth full." She replied. "I'd rather go by Ann. Oh, and sorry for your loss." She points down at a body. It was Anna! I sob. "It should have been me. Really." I see the darkness tornado and scream for Ann. 

"Ow! Get off me!" yelled Ann. I'm back in my apartment. Everything is trashed. I don't see anyone, which is good. But my home is destroyed. I weep again. I realize something. "I vow never to fall into Gaea's hands! Ever! But what will I do now?"

I walked on the Coney Island board walk the next day. I was thinking about how I could survive. An idea popped into my head. I raced to my apartment for the last time. 

"Ann! Get up!"  "It's like 11:00 am." she responded. "Exactly! Come on! Follow me to dad's place." I packed up my stuff and said goodbye to my apartment for the last time. 

I knocked on the door of my dad's private island. " Dad! It's me, Emma! Open up!" Dad saw me with Ann and said, "Oh dear. My poor wife, Anna, Jackie, Brook, and Silena. Emma, yes we can set up some beach cabins to help us."
