alright I'm kinda in a bump for my book, and I need something to give me some insperation so I thought about doing this!
the time is 2147 and an astroid has hit the earth, suprisingly most survived, but the radiation gave people super powers. of course these super powers need to be helped kept under control, so that's where the school comes in, the teachers- are trained with dealing with power, and that's kinda it.
I hoping to start soon, but if I start before someone can fill out a sheet-feel free to still fill it out and I'll add you in

powers: can stop time for a short amout of time and is able to bring someone into her no time zone when she's in contact with that person(like holding on to their wrist)
family: her Mother died when she was young and she was left with her younger brother and her father, her brother-Jack-is only two years younger than she is, and they are very close, her father, however, never seemed to retaliat after their mother's death, and is constantly zoning out, so Skyla has to help a lot around the house

other (can include backstory): she stumbled upon her power when her mother was still around- she was thirteen-and was beginning to think she didin't have one (most peple develop their powers ealier than eight) she was laughing along with her mom when they had gone out for her birthday breakfast, a glancing thought of just staying this way forever, and everything around her stopped, the pancake the baker was baking was in mid air, her mother's held tilt back in laughter, mouth open. after that should found that it was almost a reflex to use her power, and was devestated that she didn't use it more with her mom when she died.

Powers: Anything with the mind: Reading minds, Controlling minds, Moving objects with her mind
Family: Rosalie's dad disapeared when she was no younger than 3. Her sister already attends this school and has the same powers as her. Her mom is gone a lot. She works 3 jobs to make ends meet. Rosalie herself sells carrots and potatoes to help out.

Rosalie's dad disapeared a long time ago. She has a feeling he is still living somewhere. Once, she and her older sister Alice were walking down the road. Alice saw a man in a shop window baking. Alice swore that was their dad. She said he was a baker and worked long hours. Rosalie was hooked and has searched tirelessly for her missing dad. She has had no luck.
