I don't think Herminone could be a Time Lord. She cast and Undetectable Extention charm on the bag, which is a difficult charm to work but an expirienced wizard should be able to complete it. I don't think Time Lords create what they are simply by having a TARDIS, right? Also, she couldn't travel in the bag. It could only hold things that would go through to opening.

Xena is not a timelord. I'm sorry if I didn't make that clear in the Mythical Realm RP. I merely said it seems bigger on the inside, not that it was so. Just clarifying. :)
