This RP takes place in the year 3540. The world is on the brink of World War IV, and our charries are gathered by a secret organization to stop the war.
About the world:
Note: This is a hopeful interpretation because I don't want to write about gloomy, miserable places.
The World:
We have finally realized that dolphins are smart, and we can communicate with them. We have found a way to recycle or reuse everything. It's not so good with elephants, though, as there are only 25 elephants left in the wild. There are many wildlife preserves.
Technology/Space:
Humans have been to Mars. There is a colony on the moon. We fly around in hovercraft. Everyone has smart phones that are capable of doing many things.
Medical/Lifespan:
The average life expectancy is 100, and it is not uncommon to live to 150. The oldest recorded age is 168.
Homelessness/Hunger:
There are few homeless people, due to the work of many charities. Also, we have adjusted to living in smaller homes and having less children (there is no law limiting the number of children, but it is widely encouraged to not have more than 3).
Human Rights:
All people (regardless of gender, race, LGBTQ+, beliefs, or anything else) have the same rights. Discrimination is extremely discouraged.
Countries:
United States of Canada and America, Latin American Federation, Australia, Great Britian, West Africa, East Africa, United Asian States, Russia, European Union, Associated Islands, Greenland, Antarctic Society
About Charries/Rules:
Names can be of any era.
Last names are optional.
Ages should be either 10-20 or 100-150. I will accept a few that are below those age groups or above those age groups.
Reserving is allowed.
Shipping is allowed.
We can discuss more world-building as this RP goes on.

Characters can be diverse as you want. I would like to get charries from as many diferent countries as possible.
You can have up to three charries. They cannot all be the same gender.
I will cut it off at 12 characters, or if we have been waiting for a while. After that, more charries will be accepted, but they will enter the story late, and will not be as important.

Can you put more detail in the personality? I would like to know more about this character.
Also, that is not the password. I'm sorry if that wasn't clear- a password is something some CBers put in to make sure everyone read the rules.
And one last thing. Do you mind if I change her age, either to 5 or to 10? I would prefer if it's either in one of the age brackets I put or extremely outside of them.

Country: United Asian States (both)
Personality: Curious, extremely intelligent. Very detail oriented and OCD. She's more introverted and thinks a lot, lost in her own head. She's friendly but might accidentally ignore you if she's deeply thinking about something. She's funny at times but isn't the best at social skills and human empathy. She usually contains her emotions so people won't see they get to her.
Appearance: Silky black hair that is loosely curly towards the bottom/middle half. It goes down to her shoulder blades. She has almond shaped eyes hat are a bit bigger than average and a small nose and mouth and bigger ears. She's slim and agile, although she is athletic, and is average height.
The glass is divided vertically and is constantly swirling within the glass so it is neither half empty or full on the top or bottom.
Hobbies: Quantum physics, playing the cello, and listening to music while drawing or doing science.

Other: When he finished college, he decided to move to the Antarctic Society to do research.
More about the Antarctic Society:
It was originally a bunch of scientists who decided that they had made so much infrastructure and community that they should be their own country. They were tired of divisions by nationality. They gained their independence in World War III.
More about the secret organization who will stop the war:
They come to the houses of each of the chosen people and asks politely for them to come. If that doesn't work, they use force. The base of the organization is hidden in a mountain. To get in, a member presses their finger to a certain spot on a certain rock, then touches three particular spots on the rock as a passcode. Then a section of the mountain swings open, and the guards inside part to let in the member and their carefully-screened guests.
Also, I am going to camp tomorrow and will be offline for two weeks. If enough people seemed to have joined, you can start without me. Keep this thread topped!
