Summer Camp Solo Write
(YES I AM DOING TWO AT ONCE)
Your family can be... boring. But- but- BUT: they offer to take you to a very cool, and very far away, to the awesome Deus Ex Machina School of Art and Writing. The DEMSAW for short. There, they drop you off for about 2 months.
You learn all about writing and art. I plan on twists during the story.
Rules:
1) You can only be a human or an elf.
2) Elves are capable of mind magic, while humans are better at earth related magic.
3) Make your characters your CB selves or a different character. If you are your CB self, you can bring an AE. If you are a different character, you can bring a pet.

6) Make your character as interesting as possible.
7) I will play around with your CB selves/characters personality throught the story
8) As always, be nice, and have fun!

So, the elves live in an alternate universe type things, and people from our and their universe are going to the school. The elves live like Lord of the Rings elves, baisicly, and this story will be like a comedy about elves and humans trying to get along at the school.

Name: Alizeh Ebrahim
Age: 13
Personality: Optimistic, but has a cynical side that they don't like to show. Friendly, warm, and extroverted, but sometimes feels like an outsider/discriminated because of their heritage (Middle Eastern) Defends people's rights fiercely; advocates especially for LGTBQA+ and immigrants. They're argumentative and tend to get fired up over little disputes and just has to prove the other person wrong, even if they're wrong and they know it. They're rather confident in their own abilities, and has very high self-esteem.
Appearance: They're average height, 5'7" and weigh 122 lbs. They have a slim build and cinnamon colored skin. Their hair is slightly shorter than shoulder length and black, and they occasionally prefer keeping it in a hijab. They have big dark brown eyes and long lashes, and a scar on her lip from a Taliban attack.

Backstory: @Admins, is it alright for me to talk about the things I've mentioned in their backstory? If it's too political/not appropriate for younger readers, would you mind omitting those parts? Thanks!!!!
Their family moved to the United States three years ago after the Taliban attacked their town in Saudi Arabia,killing dozens of civilians. Luckily, their family was able to emigrate to Jordan, and from there, seek refuge in the United States. They have a scar on their lip from being caught in the middle of a skirmish between a Taliban soldier and a shop owner at an open air market. They still dream about it sometimes, though therapy has helped. People give them and their family weird looks sometimes on the street, especially when their wearing their hijab.
Powers?: Yes, is wind considered earth magic?
Favorite kind of writing or art: Writing screenplays!

Appearance: Dark wavy hair, small body, sparkling blue eyes, cute face, shy and pretty smile, likes to wear plain blue or green clothes
Elf or human: Neither, she's an AE
Backstory: I don't know how this works for her
Powers?: No
Favorite kind of writing or art: She likes reading, but when she writes she likes short poems
Other: Does the school have a library? If it does, she'll spend most of her time there.

Character Sheet: Different than Me not my CB
Name Cathryn Hoffson
Age (Middle school age) 13 1/2
Personality witty and sarcastic, normally laid back, one of the bakc of the class room types, really loud and outgoing, pretty icy to people she doesn't know. but to her very close friends (I don't care who they are, but can they be going to the camp too?) she's really nice.
Appearance long blonde hair with natural strands of light orange red pink blue and purple, ovalish face, with emerald green eyes. naturally tan skin. likes to dress in dull/dark colors, (plum maroon grey black brown,) her friends are trying to get her to be a bit more bright. she has milk chocolate glasses, with a bit of the cat-eared edges.

Favorite kind of writing or art: fantasy, she loves getting lost in her stories since she feels like sometimes that's the only thing in her life she can control

Do you mind if I ask for some changes to your character? Since I have to write a story with your character, would you mind perhaps making her personality a little bit more unique? Ok, for starters, I have seen way too many Witty and Sarcastic characters. Sarcasm and wit don't always exist in characters, and I would prefer some variety. And can you tell me what kind of wit/sarcasm she uses? Does she use a more biting wit, or is she obviously very sarcastic in a goofy way? Does she have a Monty Python ridiculous humor, or a very realistic humor?
Also, you said she is outgoing, but icy to new people. I find those two phrases mutually exclusive. Maybe she is friendly to some people but colder to others? Maybe she has a well-devloped personality but I am just not seeing it, so take my advice with a grain of salt. And you can do whatever you want, if this is your character, then this is your character.
Also, would you mind filling out her backstory? Again, completly optional, just want to make your character the best she can be.

Age: 14, end of eighth grade
Personality: Kind, helpful, doesn't like conflict. Can't stand up for herself as well, and is more of an introvert, preferring animals, drawing, and her own head above social interaction. Loves music and is smart.
Appearance: Fair skin, only a few freckles across her face, whispy curly blonde hair that goes down past her shoulder blades. Is skinny and average height. Wears hoodies that she can hide in.
Human
Backstory: Her twin sister died when she was 11, she has a pretty average life other wise. She lives wither her mom, dad, and oldest brother who's in college.
Powers: Wait, does she have to be an elf
