Is anyone else here a How to Train Your Dragon fan? BECAUSE I AM! *embaressdly flushes* uh...I mean....psh thats for like...little kids....
Okay, I AM COMPLEATLY OBSESSED with httyd. Common, its not that bad? Welp, Im making an RP weather u all like it or not. AND I WILL MAKE YOU JOIN. *glares around*
Without futher adue....the plot!
We are vikings, that live on a small island a few miles south from freezing to death. The only food that grows here is tough, and the vikings that grow here are even tougher. The only problum is...the pests. Most people have rats, or termites....but we have.....dragons! You know, most people would just move away, but we're vikings. We have stubborness issues.
Yes, I DID mention I AM COMPLEATLY obsessed with httyd. And that DOES mean I know almost every word in the movies. SO YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
Back to the plot, we are going to be playing the main charries. As in, there is no Hiccup, and there is no Toothless. *crying sounds* Yes, I know it's sad, but we're gonna make our own plot. So, no Green Death, no Draco Bludvest, no Bewilderbeasts and other stuff like that. We are gonna start out with the dragons as our enemys still, and move from there.
RULES:
1. ABSOLUTLY NO NIGHT FURRIES. Yes, I love those guys too, but if everyone has one, the story isn't so fun anymore.
2. NOT EVERYONE CAN HAVE AN AWSOME AND RARE DRAGON. Think logically, where exactly would you find a skrill, and how would you be able to catpure it? Keep it simple, Deadly Nadders can be a better companion then that rare Bone Knapper over there.
3. REMEMBER YOU ARE VIKINGS. That means, well, you're vikings! Stick to viking names! Like, names that most kids nowadays will never ever have, unless their parents are crazy. That also means no fancy smanchy designers dress. Stick to...dragon skins or animal skins. Also, vikings are ugly and bad temptered and stubborn. Their gods are also different from yours, as in Thor and Loki and Uluer (the snow god. We have a celebration in his honor every year where I live.) After they die, they go to Vahalla, so keep that in mind.
4. DO NOT BASE YOUR CHARRIES OFF OF THE MAIN ONES. Yes, we can have twins, yes we can have a nerdy weak boy, but they can not be exact replicas of the original ones.
5. You don't have to be a kid who later becomes a dragon rider. You can be an old lady, a crazy person, a chief, a butcher, a blacksmith, a farmer.....
6. And you don't have to be from Berk. Again, the plot is open, so we can have other tribes comersing together, or chiefs or something like that.
7. Keep creative! So, nobody can have the same type of dragon. If your having trouble coming up with a dragon, you can have a type that someone else has used. Just, please don't make a thousand Deadly Nadders! Oh, and if a dragon lives in, let's say, in an environment you cannot provide, like the snowy tundra or the middle of the ocean, you cannnot have it.
8. HAVE FUN AND RIDE DRAGONS!

Personallity: Outgoing, doesn't trust easily, strong, has a hidden kind side, loyal if you gain her trust. If you break her trust, you will never be forgiven. Determined to anything she sets her mind to.
Appearance: Long, deep brown hair with rose red highlights in a simple french braid on the right side of her head that she usually does every morning. Pale skin with lots of freckles and bright teal eyes with long lashes. Lush lips if not dry and cracked. Pretty for a viking, though her attacking skills will make any boy think twice.
Your backstory: Was born in berk to a family of bakers. Had never taken an interest in the family business, and when she came of age to start dragon killing school, was beyond relieved to fill her days with more axe-throwing and less baking.
Preferred dragon name: Saberwing
Preferred dragon species: Sand Wraith
Gender: M
Preferred dragon appearance/personality: Light brown and black speckled, like that of a sandy riverbed, but with hints of paler yellow. Glowing eyes just a little greener than his riders. Smaller spikes than most sand wraths, which are light brown tipped black. Sharper claws than most others. Large wings that start out a darker brown speckled black, that lighten to a pale yellow speckled white and gray. Tail flaps and second pair of wings have the same color scheme. (for better understanding of what a sand wraith looks like, look it up) He's bouncy and loves all fish, but salmon especially. Loves chillin' in the shallows of a river or pond. Tougher than he seems, being smaller and all. Extremely agile and fast, and very loyal but not very trusting. Determined at anything he sets his mind to. If you break this dragon's fragil trust, you die.

No, sorry. Since only one Night Furry remains, and he is sorrta younge....maybe you can write from Toothless' point of veiw? Or a Storm Cutter? But hybrids dont usually happen in the wild. Dont quote me on it when the next movie comes out. ;)

Aw, darn. The only reason I wanted it that way is because that particular mix looks really cool. Can she still be a storm cutter but have night fury features? Like, a similar head shape and claws or body or something? I mean, she'll still have the same wings, fire, tail, etc., but she'll look like she has features of a night fury.

Here's my charrie finally
Name: Einar ( one who fights alone )
Age: 16
Gender: Male
What are you: Dragon Rider/Warrior
What tribe: Berkian
Personality: Being a Viking, he can be a bit stubborn. Einar is a lone-wolf(as in the saying, not actually a wolf)who doesn't completely trust anyone except his dragon. Cold toward most people except friends and family. Otherwise thoughtful and kind, though this is often not very obvious. Has a dark sense of humor and can be violent if angered. (I need to write more about darker characters, though to make things appropriate I'll make him insult more like "pigs" and "dragon dung")
Appearance (include what clothes you usually wear): Leather and fur like other Vikings I guess?
Your backstory: Einar's father is a warrior who defended Berk mostly from dragons. While growing up, Einar traveled with his mother, a merchant like Trader Johann. He travelled far with his mother and encountered many dragon species along the way. His father at some point was killed by an assassin hired by a jealous warrior because of his hatefulness (IDK what it should be). Einar's mother then trained Einar with weaponry and survival (at least she tries by asking others who specialize in it) but she could only afford to train him in the most common and available weapons: axes and knives. Einar favored knives and became skilled at it while he just mastered the basics of axe training but wasn't very proficient with it. Hand to hand combat was also taught, and Einar was good at it, but had not perfected it. Her mother soon died of an exotic illness, and Einar went back to Berk, determined to continue what his father had done. So of course, he had to do dragon killing school first...(this is where the story starts, we meet our dragons later correct?)

Preferred dragon personalaity: Like Windshear, Blackthorn is very protective of Einar, the only person he truly trusts. Will be very aggressive to other dragons and people.
For appearance: silver like a normal one search it up yourself if you wanna know what a normal razorwhip looks like
