'Kay, here's part one!

Nova's day

Jazz

I woke up in the middle of the night to a squirrel chittering outside my window in a tree in Lafayette Park.  That's normal.  There's always a squirrel or two who shares this tree with us.  This isn't one I've seen, though.  It's gray, even though it's hard to tell in the dark, and mainly brown squirrels live in Lafayette Park.  And it looks like it's talking to somone.

I sit up, and unfurl my wings, a sculpture of different shades of green, like sun peeking through the branches of our tree.  I brush my long, straight, brown hair behind my pointed ear and take a look outside.  From the angle I had been looking at, I couldn't see who she squirrel had been talking to, but nnow, I could see that it was talking to another fairy about my age, with pink hair and wings of all colors, looking like a bunch of candies that had been fused together.  I wondered who this strange fairy was, and why she was talking to a squirrel in the midle of Lafayette Park.

Sorry it's so short, but it's only part one. . .

Part 2!

Candy

"I can't, Smoke.  even if I did ask them, they won't let me, and if I stay still for long, Nova's gonna find me.  And you know how much she hates me.  All of them do, you know it.  I'm sorry, and i know you've been watching Jazz for a while, but I have to keep moving." I say to smoke.  I know I'll have to leave him behind, and he'll just have to deal with that.
