the basic idea of this thread is that the war with the Fire nation is over, but their is still a lot of mistrust throughout the world. There is a village with all types of other benders. And some non benders.
then one night, a group of people storm the town and destroy most of the houses.
there are signs of all different types of bending, but the water and earth benders think it was the fire benders, and the fire benders think it was the earth and water benders. You, an elete squad of detectives, have been sent by ang himself. There may only be three of the detectives, a water, earth, fire, and non bender. but as many of the villagers as wanted. You may even try to help the detectives.
blood bending, metal bending, and other side sets of bending are aloud.

OK here are my missing details! Also, I'm changing her age to 18 if that's OK!
Personality: she's always on her toes, planning for every possibility, and observing everything that could lead her into anything. Has studied how to detect lies by feeling a person's pulse increase suddenly (she has not completely mastered this yet, but she is coming close). Loves reading, and painting. She's kind of shy, and really doesn't bond with people that easily. She seems innocent, but she's actually a master of manipulation, and can often squeeze any amount of information out of a person. She only does that in emergencies. She also does not like to use her blood bending, because she hates how it is painful for the victims. Her bloodbending is actually a secret, she's too embarassed to admit she has them. She doesn't fit in and she knows it, so she has a low self esteem, but she does have some confidence in her bending and her detective work. But that's it. Despite all of these things, she can actually be quite friendly after you get past her shell, it just takes some work to get her out of it.
Appearance: Small scar from her right cheek to her eyebrow, hair in braid with hair loopies like Katara (I'm so had to pull a Sokka.) She has two fang earrings and lots of pearls weaved through her hair. Often has a small dagger with a blade of an unknown cobalt-blue growing metal that's cold to the touch (only she knows what it is. And no it's not ice.) And she has a ring and a necklace a crystal form of the glowing metal on them. She always has a water pouch strapped to her side and a quick, ink, and paper in a separate bag.
Other: has a pretty big fangirl crush on Zuko. (I looked it up and it's reasonable. ZUKO is 18/19 in the final episode, so it's not creepy.) She also lost her mother when she was younger, and she lives with her father when he's home. He's a traveling merchant, so she often is left alone (with her pet wolfpanther, Chibi) at home for long periods of time (her dad is overprotective ever since her mother died when they went on a family merchant trip.)

other: She is homeless and lives on the rooftops of the town. Is a talented fire bender though and puts on street shows to raise money.

Personality: She's that little kid that could burn you very badly. Tough cookie, if you didn't look at her, just listen to her you would think she is much older than she is. Don't mess with her at all or else.......something bad will come up....very bad

Appearance: Pixie cut dyed rainbow, skinny, tall for her age, wears a T-shirt that is the exact one as Harley Quinn (But it covers her whole stomach) shorts.
Other: Parents died when she was young. Found out she could bend stuff a couple days ago.
