Hi Linnea! Nice to meet you! I'm Random Person (and many other people who have stopped posting recently). If you get confused about the Chatterbox, I suggest you read a guide to the chatterbox in Chirp at Cricket. I'll just post some of the most important information.
Rp- Roleplay
Basically, in an Rp, you make a character using the sign up sheet given by the maker of the Rp, then write about your life in the story while cohexisting with other characters.
AE- Alter Ego
The name says it all. It's basically a different side of you in a different form.
CAPTCHA- The little box at the bottom
You can create a captcha. A captcha can be any animal. It speaks only by the four lettered words at the decipering box below a comment that is ready to be posted.

It is actually my name, and it's scandinavian (I think), but I have had someone tell me it sounds Hawaiian. Hm. Anyway, Brooklyn Newsie you sound like a really fun person too, and someone that just makes everyone laugh. Thank you guys so much for the warm welcome!

Kestrel, there are so many great books out there! Here are a few of my favorites:
The Unwanteds Series
Harry Potter
The Hunger Games
The Apothecary
The Great Greene Heist
The Girl Who Could Fly
I'm sure there are plenty of others that I'm forgetting, but these are ones I can remember right now. A few of these are from the 2016-2017 Battle of the Books list, which is a club/organization/competition thing (I'm not quite sure what to call it) where you read a list of books and compete against other teams when you go to competition. There are all sorts of questions, and it's really fun!!! Anyway those are a few of my favorite books for you guys.
