So, for the Fantasy Writing Contest I have a few questions.

1. Can I use the story I used for the Sci-Fi short story contest of Gared's? It can really be fantasy or Sci-Fi, and works well as either. I really liked it, but I didn't win, and I'd love to give it another chance. If not, that's fine. I have something else. I did another great story, but it was 600+ words, so I'll use something else I'm working on. 

2. Lots of CBers joined, but the thread sank, and despite my best efforts to top it, I'm the last one who commented on it. I'll try to get it back up on the first page, but tomorrow (Saturday) is judging day, if I'm correct, and no one has posted a story yet. I'm working on mine, but other than that, I don't know of anyone else who's actually getting their's in on time. Now I could be wrong, and they could just be turning it in tomorrow morning or later today, but if not, you might want to consider extending the deadline, because I'm sure you don't wanna judge a one person contest. ;-)

3. The Fantasy Writing Contest thread isn't really active, and is seemingly dead. I'm still trying to top it, but as of now it's on the second page. So I was wondering, is the contest still on? Because I'm pretty much the only active person on the thread anymore. It could be you were just waiting for everyone to post so you could judge, or it could be everyone firgot about it. I don't know. But if the thread remains inactive, I suggest you

A) Let it die and make a new one. (I'll join it for sure if you do :-))

or,

B) As I said before, top it (or I will) and extend the said deadline.

Unless you just decided not to do it, then I'll let it die. I just wanted to clarify if the contest was still on, or if you had forgotten it anything. I was pretty exited for it, so just wanted to do a last minute check. :-) Great idea, by the way!
