This is were the people who win the writing contest can help me with the story.

So, the plot is as follows:  

In a distopian future, there are widespread social and economic problems. Our MC is confused about what is going on, and is worried that things will get worse. Then he/she gets lost in the suburban area in which she lives (the area might change), and meets an eccentric revolutionary. He is making a army, who will take back the goverment from corrupt and evil officials. So the MC joins the revolutionary's army, and is set out on a mission to break into a large prison, and break out prisoners.

But unlike many other dystopians, our MC is just a pawn; cannon fodder. So he/she breaks in, and does her mission, but the backup the revolutionary promised never arrives, and he/she is eventually killed trying to escape.

So BookBug: I need a scared and confused main character, and he/she could possibly be slightly sheltered: locked insisde, out of harm's way but also alone. 

For the winner of the next contest: If you are working on the appearance of the setting, then feel free to chang it, but I was thinking that we could have a sort of ultra-modern Suburbia. So a grey colour scheme, identacle houses, and almost no plants.

I am super exited to get started.

MC:

Name: Ellysa Cognellio

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Appearance: She has long dark-red hair, which she wares in a long braid. She has pale skin with a few freckles and green eyes. She wares long brown trousers and a brown leather tunic over a black shirt with brown boots.

Personality: She is just a completely normal person who's scared and confused at the face of danger. She has been a little sheltered and protected all her life and she has no idea of the dangers she will face...

Secrets: She is afraid of the dark, which is something she's never told anybody even her own parents.

Backstory: Her father was a soldier and died when she was three in battle. Her mother and her step-father kept her sheltered, out of harms way and not knowing of the truth. Then her mother died, mysteriously and her step-father refused to tell her why.

Thank you so much Gared! You said that whoever won the second round would either help with concept art or writing the setting for the story, right? I'd prefer to help with writing the story, because I am terrible at drawing.
