Spirit Animals RP CONTINUED!
kay so you go to a high school called WHS (woods high school). Your mascot is a wolf with silver eyes.
Last week you got a letter in your locker written with red ink (it’s really lipstick) saying:
Come to the science room at 9:12 tonight or everyone will know your secret.
Your secret? Your a shape shifter.
At school a Jaguar escaped from the zoo and prosper the halls. Everyone fleeded but you and the others who got the note. You stayed knowing you had to go to this meeting and that you'd be safe in your animal form. You simply told your mom that you were at a friend's house.
Now you can to meet in the science room. You were surprised when Madi, the queen bee pretty girl of the school, came clean and announced that she wrote the note. You watched as she turned into a king cheetah and almost ate a white hamster. She was stopped by a number of other shape shifters, you noticed one as Jay, the hot jock of WHS high. Another was SJ, she was kind ove *realizes spelt of wrong. Facepalms. Remembers couldn’t spell of correctly until middle school. Facepalms again. Realizes its been 3 years and should know how to spell of. ULTIMATE FACEPALM* a queen bee but a favourite victim of Madi. She had her own group of followers though. The last one you recognize as the quiet, shy girl always at the back of the class. You think her name was Elysia. Madi escaped through a window. And SJ in her form of a Jaguar, gave chase. You saw a slick lynx jump out after them. You were shocked. And stared around at the other shapeshifters in in shock. Madi was back in a little more than 5 minutes. She sat down and curled her tail to tell you that there is are people that want to take over the world and that we are all that stands between them. She says that our little town, Woodsdale, has the highest population of shape shifters and if we can't stop them then no one can. Did you believe her? Jay and Elysia didn't. The circled her, questioning whether she killed SJ or not you were scarred. She said that SJ got what she deserved.
Suddenly there are sirens and and everyone gathers around the window to see SJ and the lynx dashing towards the school. Suddenly they swerve and vanish in the fence forest. But the cars don't stop. Finally the come to a halt in front of the window. Everyone jumps back as it explodes and a tough looking 16 or 17 year old boy comes from the dust. He looks down at Madi and states how she really did come up with a group of shape shifters, and how he could just kill them all right now. Then he told her to join him. She said no. His eyes flashed and he turned into a large, snarling Gray wolf with supersizing long fangs and claws. He said how she should've joined him while she had the chance. Then he attacked. And Jay and Elysia, shocked, but battle ready, attacked him side by side with Madi. When they had him pinned down he laughed and shot a ball of light or magic at all of them. They were knocked away, and the Fox was knocked unconscious. He glanced up and shot another into the air. An owl fell from the sky, a wild cat catching her in his teeth and leaping out the window. Then he pounced on Madi, his teeth bared and ready for a death blow. Then she started glowing gold. And like lightning she pushed him off her and into a wall. She got up in a fast movement, staring after him as he transformed and vanished into the night.
After she told you that he was his brother and the leader of the shapeshifters planning to take over the world. She said that every shape shifter has a Power to go along with their animal. She said that his was brute strength, and that he could harness his energy into a ball of light that would stun all or kill, depending on how much energy there was. And she said that hers was the Power of speed, giving her the strengths of thunder and the speed and fire of lightning.

A week has passed. You wanted to know more about your shapeshifting abilities. But you didn’t want to go near Madi, she was still the queen bee, after all. But you did notice that SJ had stopped talking to everyone, and that the rest of the shapeshifters, except Jay and Madi, were sorta isolating themselves from everyone. Then on friday, you got another note. It said ‘meet me behind the lunchroom after school. I know what you are.’ You obayed.
But something else was waiting for you there. A dart. You immediately passed out. When you woke, you were in the principal's office with the lights off. There Principal Summers and Madi were waiting for you and a bunch of others to wake up. It turns out that Tash, the Lynx boy, wrote that note and Principal Summers used it to get everyone where she wanted them.
Principal Summers revealed that Iridessa, the swan shifter and her daughter was missing and she needed their help. It was also revealed that Madi was her nephew. No one agreed at first, but then SJ woke up with a message from the DarkVangers, the group that Madi’s brother, Maxi, was a part of. They said to meet them down in the science room, now closed off and under construction. They said that they were to take their powers for themselves.
Principle Summers saw this as an advantage and told them that they were going to barge into the DarkVangers secret headquarters and rescue Iridessa.
It got dark, and everyone met up again by the edge of the forest, where Mrs. Summers led them to the DarkVanger base. There it was revealed that Vanger was the lead of this group, and Madi’s uncle, Mrs. Summers husband, and Iridessa’s dad. No one was there, and Shadow, a snake shifter, snuck off to rescue Piper, the hamster shifter, who had also been caught. Madi snuck off to rescue her cousin, and the rest walked in and triggered a trap. They were all put into separate cages, and Shadow and Piper and Madi and Iridessa slunk back into the shadows. There Vanger and Maxi and a new guy, the whiper and lepord shifter, emerged and challenged Mrs. Summers.
Tash slipped through the bars of his cage and attacked, starting a battle. SJ escaped, and attacked the whiper. She also attacked the other two, disstracting them as Shadow and Madi worked on the cages. SJ ened up killing the leopard shifter, and became savage. She then tried attacking Vanger and Maxi full on, who took her away. The rest of the shifters escaped and Mrs. Summers lead them to the Impuria.
While the did, Elysia caught up to the base, and saw a pair of red eyes. A Vanger. There she ran away and followed the rest of the SHifter’s trail as fast as she could.
Meanwhile, Principle Summers lead them into the Impuria and to her base, with the swan statue as the door, leading them inside.
She explained a few things about SJ, and Tash escaped from the Infirmary a few offices down from the underground office, and met up with them. Eylisa finally caught up with them also, finding a way down to the underground system. But it was two late. There were 3 Vangers that broke into Principal Summers office, Vanger himself, Maxi, and….SJ.
The febal force tried fighting them off, and where failing just as the rest of the Impuria interrupted into the office, breaking off a huge chunk of the wall, and fought off the Vangers. They disappeared, and the lead Impuria introduced herself as Cynthia, a Jaguar reverse shifter. (later to find out that SJ is alive, and that she is her mother). There she summoned all of you to the Great Hall, an underground training practice to help you learn your power and mythical animal form.
And that's where we left off!!! Some vocab you must know is:
Impuria: The type of shapeshifter (if not all of them) that can shift into both a mythical form and animal form. Also the name of the good shapeshifter gang.
Vanger: A shapeshifter who has been stuck in both forms, or a mix of both forms, (like a hybrid) turning it into a mindless, soulless, killing weapon. Also the name of the leader of the DarkVanger gang.
Dark: A shapeshifter who turned evil and used his creature for evil. Their mythical forms are black, red-eyed dragons.
DarkVangers: the biggest evil gang of Darks.
Reverse shapeshifter: when an animal is born a shape shifter that can turn into a human. Vanger is one of these, and so is SJ.
Now anyone can join they just have to stick with the RP and post. (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE this MUST LIVE!)
The rules for this RP is that no one knows what their Power is (only a few) AND NO ONE CAN TURN INTO THEIR MYTHICAL CREATURE YET, THEY MUST unlock it while training.
AND NO ONE CAN HAVE THE SAME ANIMAL, OR MYTHICAL ANIMAL.

Appearance as human: teal green eyes, reddish brown wavy hair. Lush lips and long eyelashes. Always wearing makeup. Tanned skin.
Appearance as animal: Red Orange fur, like a sunset with the smoke and light of a fire in the distance. Has a mix of Orange, brown, red, deep gold spot pattern. Has teal green eyes.
As a Vanger, has a jaguar face, human hair, jagur legs and tail. Has thick human arms with long and sharp fingernails, much like claws. Her eyes are completely black.
Personality before: loud and demanding. But nice and sweet at times. Has a short temper, and doesn't do well solving problems or putting pieces together. Hates people that are extremely dramatic about everything. Still figuring out her animal side. If she gets scared when she's in her Jaguar form she turns back into a human.
Personality now: Will kill anything. Doesn't remember who she was, only who she is.
Power: Camouflage. Can shift her form to look like another animal or shift her colours to blend in with her background.
Mythical animal: Ozark Howler; a large black cat with red jaguar spots, and ram horns and spines down back, bear body build, large dragon wings.
Background: was friends with Piper the winter white hamster in elementary school up to sixth grade when she bit her in her hamster form. She didn't realize that the hamster was Piper, but she knew that Piper had let this happen to her and didn't care and never showed up while she was at the hospital. The bite made her appendix burst and she has a long scar from it. Found out that she was a shapeshifter at lunch a week ago, causing the whole school to close down. Because they thought she escaped from the zoo. Also used to be friends with Madi. Used to be human, just recently was it found that she was a reverse shapeshifter, after they thought she went savage, and a little after was turned into a Vanger by, well Vanger himself. Jay’s boyfriend and has a crush on Tash.

Appearance as human: large, muscular but sly build. Has gem blue eyes and dark brown hair. Has tan skin and is the quarterback for the football team, he's so sly he can slip out of a tackle.
Appearance as animal: dark midnight pelt with traces for silver spots. Has sharp silver claws and gem blue eyes.
Personality: loud and demanding about everything. Slick with sticky situations, and has many friends.
Power: darkness. He has blend into any shadow, and he cannot harness and shoot shadows which can stun or kill depending on how powerful it is.
Mythical animal: Blue thunderbird with jay markings.
Background: found out he could shape shift when he was three. He was playing with his cat and transformed into a baby panther. His parents never knew. He used to be Madi's old boy friend. Now he's SJ's boyfriend (actually he doesn't really know if he still is or not) and has a crush on Elysia and Piper.

So sorry Storm! Had to finish my millions of words of math homework *sighs internally*. I haven't finished the drawing for Shadow yet, but I will soon. And I thought Loki was a girl so I have to change some things now....;)

"Oh." I whispered. "Who's Loki?"
Storm hushed, and I saw the glint of his eyes turning away. "An old friend. Not much more to say."
"Oh," I nodded. Then for the first time, I thought of what it was like to have no friends, what it was like to live a different life, and not be a popular jock. To be forgotten. And I felt sorry for Shadow, and whoever Loki was. "Oh, have you ever had a girlfriend?"
I could actually feel in the air that Shadow was blushing now. "No. And I don't want one."
I smiled. "Well, she'll be a nice company to have when you need her. To hold her hand, to lean on her shoulder, to cry in her arms...."
I trailed off senceing someone else awake. I saw the glint of eyes, and as they saw mine they closed rapidly. I smiled. "Well, um...to admit I havent thought about it would be a lie...But I really don't need one...not right now....it's too much work...especially of what happened to SJ..."
My face darkened. "Well, that just gives me more faith of finding her. Night, Shadow."
I heard him sigh. "Night Jay."
And all was quiet, with just the sound of a padding sound on the tile of the ground that I went to sleep to.

Hi guys! So sorry I haven't been on in so long! I kept thinking I didn't have time for this, and then I thought it was too much to catch up on, but I couldn't give it up. So here I am. Can someone fill me in on what happened? Then I'll jump right in!

No worries! I am plenty active, having a short three day weekend here where I am (thank you Martin Luther king jr!) so I will keep topping.

I couldn't exactly fall asleep. Jay seemed like a sack without the rice to support it. I knew I would certainly be devastated by the loss of Loki if she died. But I knew I would move on eventually, but will always remember her if it did happen. I had actually met Loki after the disaster at my previous home. Then I thought about my relationships. I just realized how distant Uncle Mark was. Sure, I was glad to find that I have an adult to take care of me properly, but I hadn't seen him since the time before the accident. I thought about Jay's comment about a girlfriend. It was strange to think about, since I was mostly alone on the streets, in the orphanage, and in the adopted home. Even when i was younger before the accident, I usually played by myself. Loki was as close of a friend I would get I decided. Then with my mind settled a bit, I fell asleep.
TIME SKIPEDY
I woke up, and found out Jay and the others were already awake except for this one person who I was pretty sure was a sloth shifter. I quickly got ready and headed to breakfast. Everyone was eating very quietly. I took my tray and began to eat the waffles. It was plain in my mouth, and I was pretty sure that feeling was in the air. "Hey, have you seen Principal Summers recently?" I asked the person next to me, which is at least ten scoots away. She shook her head. One of the members of the Impuri which is part of Cynthia's inner circle entered and called for everyone's attention. "Ahem, you may know that one of the prophesized, Tash has ended up in Vanger's claws. So I am forced to repeat this rule which the newcomers may not know. No venturing beyond our walls without a good reason to do so. Even then, adult supervision is required, and extreme caution is necessary. Only if you have special permission from the Council of Impuri may you leave and enter as you please." The woman shouted. Everyone groaned, but were quickly silenced. "Since Cynthia has ordered us to, you all will have free time within the building. Even the outdoor gardens and fields are off limits. Training sessions are available in the library with me. All present prophesied are to be summoned to Cynthia's office as soon as you are finished with your breakfast." She then left us all to continue eating silently.

Because that was the original rule of the rp, and it makes it more fun to see the animals we all come up with.
Also Leeli, here is the sum up;
So first everyone goes to the Impuria, yada yada, SJ's already catptured, then Cynthia (the leader of the Imperia) locks Princible Summers in the dungion where the other Vangers/Darks are. (Oh, @everyone, also guys, since there is only Darks with mythical creatures, and only phrophotised can have mythical creatures, so only phrophotized can be Darks. So like, everyone related to the origonal phrophotized can have mythical creatures, so the DarkVangers are only of people related to one of the prophotized. Maybe there are some random Vangers in there....but anyway, where i was going is what was the phrophotized origonal perpouse then?) Alright, so she comes back, the groups split into people who know their mythical creature or power, and people who know nothing. Training goes well, and then there is lunch, and we meet all of the children who were either abandoned or children of Impuria's, and they swarm us and ask us what it was like being a phrophotized (Cynthia already explained to us what being phrophotized was, and that the first phrophotized failed so the mythical creature shifter genes where passed down so the next generation so they could sucseed.) Jay was taken away by a group of girls with some other people, and Shadow was taken by a different group and questioned by Lia. Jay was questioned by a girl who couldnt take no for an answer, and he roared at her...and she turned into a polar bear and roared back. Then he leaves, gets told by Cynthia that she is a reverse shapeshifter like SJ, and he is walked back to the lunch room. He then goes to sit by Violet, Zen's charrie, and talks to her a bit. Meanwhile, Tash sneeks past the gaurds and jumps out a window and runs back to find SJ. He gets captured, and SJ is told that she must kill him. Meanwhile meanwhile, back at the Impuria Elysia saves a girl from the dummys who came to life, and she runs away before Elysia can say anything. A Dark stepps from the shadows and reminds Elysia of her true form, a Kitsune. She then follows them from the base and maybe to the Dark's base? Lunch is over, everyone trains again, and then they go to bed in the great hall, or the training room. Shadows is caught in the library reading a book he shouldnt be reading, and is sent back to bed by Cynthia. He and Jay then have a deep conversation, and someone was eves dropping (that could be Piper, or Violet, Zen.). They go to sleep, and wake up in the morning, where Cynthia tells everyone to rules again and how there will be double gaurds looking after them. They then go to breckfest.

Also guys, how do you feel if I made Jay like guys and girls a bit. It just seems right for his personallity type, and would add a lot of dramma with all the girls who like him. ;) Tell me if you like this idea, and reasons if you dont like it. Thanks! (I also think we need a bit diversity in this RP...)

When they anounced we werent allowed to leave, i couldnt belive it. "Not even school?" I asked, shocked.
Shadow gave me a look, and I knew he was remembering our conversation last night. "No, Jay. Im sorry, but not untill its safe will we allow you to go back to school. We have informed the school, for all of you, that you are on a family trip and dont know when to be back. We have even unenrolled some of you from school. And none of you have real mothers or fathers, so we just informed them that we will be looking after you."
I was speechless. All the drama that i wint be a part of at school! I wonder how my friends were doing without me.
I walked to breckfest silently. SJ appered in my mind again. I sighed as i was getting my waffles, and might have poored too much syrup on it.
I went over to sit next to Shadow, who looked incomfortible to me sitting there. I took a bite of my waffle, tasted the syrup, and pushed my waffle away. Imwasnt hungry anyway.
All breckfest we sat in silents. I spotted Violet a little ways off from Shadow. I sighed.
What had become of us? We used to be so socail, happy to have this gift, but suddenly the weight of it had landed on our shoulders, and this gift was no longer a gift.
It was a curse.

I understand everyone has their own schedules and other busy random stuff like school going on. I understand. ;) Though it would be best if you guys post once in a while. If you have writer's block, try reading a fantasy book to boost your IMAGINATION POWERS. Ooooooo....

"Jay, meet Loki!" I said a bit too enthusiastically. I pulled Loki from my warm pocket gently and let her coil around my arm.
"She's friendly unless she has a really bad feeling about someone or fighting I guess. She usually stays in my drawer, but you don't know her, so I brought her along." i whispered
Jay had a flash of surprise in his eyes, but he quickly hid it that it could've been easily missed. Probably thought Loki was not a black mamba and also was going through the fact I was friends with my animal. This was why I don't have many friends. They all think I am crazy for talking to Loki and such. Even the other reptile enthusiasts in the class are a bit weirded out by the prospect. Sure, I hang out with them sometimes, but I never grew particularly close.
My mind wondered to school. Principal Summers must've returned to the school as principal, for she isn't around. If she actually is working here full time scouting the prohibited outside area, then who will the new principal be? I didn't dwell on these thoughts for long. No matter, we still will probably have to do the regular school courses and homework stuff here.

Ya, that's what I put in the above passage where I asked first. But you guys deleated it, so I'm not really sure how to take that.... am I allowed to use bisexual?
We said that LGBTQAI+ characters are allowed, but that CB is not the place to discuss whethere it's okay or not. They are allowed and that's the end of the argument. We would like to avoid and argument and hurt feelings. ~Admin

Adding on now! I actually didnt have MLK day off, I live in a resort town where we are known for skiing (if you're a big skier and know all the locations for skiing, you've probably guessed around my location ;) so Vail (the owner of our mountains) won't give us that day off, or any other side-days because all the locals will probably go skiing then, and then it gets crowded because all the tourists decide to go skiing here also...and its choas. They actually expirimented one year and gave us that day off...didnt end pretty.

He had to show the snake to me right as we were finishing lunch. His only friend...is a snake?! "To the training room, everyone! Your things have been stored in cubbys in the walls. If you need anything, ask one of the gaurds who will be around the pirimiters at all times."
I mentally groaned as I glanced at all the frozen staute-like animals and humans around us. Gaurding the doors, the windows, to be honest I dont think they would even let us get past to open a window, or look outside! I looked over at shadow again, who's snake I could now sence in his shirt. The smell blended with his own, masking the extra from Cynthia and the others. But now that I've gotten a whiff of it elsewhere, it's all I could smell...and think about.
"So your snake, it's named Loki?" I asked. He nodded. "and its a girl." He nodded again. "And...you've had her sice you were reaaally small?" Nodding again. "And she's your only friend?" He looked anouyed as he nodded, throwing me a look that read 'I shouldn't have told you'. "Is it poisonus?"
"what do you think? She's my Spirit animal, the animal I can shift to. AM I poisonus?"
"Oh." I whispered, feeling like a big dum jock who cant get the problum right in pre algebra. I flashed back. Right. That is who I actually am. Built for fighting, not thinking. I'll leave that to Shadow.
Speeking of which..."today you will be learning to fight in teams. Pick anyone, and they'll be your partner for today."
Violet's eyes lit up, looking over at me. But I already had someone in mind. He was currently scanning for anyone who looked as if they weren't about to find a partner. "Hey Shadow, you want to be partners?"
He looked at me like I was crazy. "I mean," I continued. "A snake won't be much help in a fight like this." I smiled awkwardly, the way I always do when I say something really stupid to a girl and am waiting for her to slap me across the face and break up with me. I felt myself blushing as he struggled for words. Is this what a girl feels like making friends? Wow, I gotta catch back up with my social skills....and my friends who I dont feel awkward speeking around.
That'll change. I reasured myself. In a room where we're two of the only boys...it better.

"What?!" I snarled. "I can't and you can't make me."
He chuckled, and his eyes flashed. His whiskers raised in a snarle and suddenly I felt a presence in my mind. Walk foward....it whispered. Claws out...it hissed.
I fought back, sealing my eyes shut and pulling back. But that wasn't a great idea: for all I saw when I closed them was the panther's large frightening face. I opened my eyes again, and felt my puiples narrowing. Oh not again....
Suddenly I knew what I had to do to save his life. One paw raised, Tash looked hopelessly at me, knowing he couldn't fight me. "Stop!" I whispered, and my paw relaxed, though still in the air and ready for the death blow. "I'll do what you want me to do."
"No...SJ..." Tash whispered, raising a paw, his ears back.
"Exelant!" The panther said, and I felt the darkness leave my mind. "I said I was going to brake you, didn't I?"

I could've hissed at him madly at his lack of knowledge, but since he diffinitely has more brawn than brain, I didn't.
I knew very well I wouldn't fare well in a fight like this without my mythical form. As a black mamba, my poison is very deadly, and is my only weapon in battle. My venom can kill a full grown human in 45 minutes. But I couldn't kill fellow students in a practice battle.
"I think you've forgotten I have my mythical form as well, but considering your awkwardness won't fare well in a battle, I will accept your invitation." I teased.
Jay may not be the smartest person in the world, but his brute force is what saves him. Maybe I could form a real friendship. With Jay. I could help him with classes and such, and maybe he can help me in return.
I laughed at the look Jay gave me from my teasing, and slapped him in the back.
"My spirit animal is fast, but of course I still will need help fending off against my natural predators like birds of prey and mongooses."
Jay laughed along like we have been friends forever.

I stare into SJs eyes. She was trembling, her form jitters from jaguar to human and back again.
"Stay here like a good girl." Said the man "while we decide what to do with you.
he stomped out of the room and closed the door. i whirl around to SJ,
"Listen to me, he will be back any minute now and I need you to make a choice." I whisper. "I can lock your form to human if you want. It would stop you from hurting anyone but I am not sure if I could reverse it."
She stared at me for a second and then said...
