Superheroes 2.0

I saw a superhero thread a while ago, and can't seem to find it. So, I thought I'd create another one! You can s talk about and develop your characters and villains and power ideas and anything that has to do with this, and long as it's appropriate (duh). Here's a villain and a hero I made up and a character sheet you can use:

Superhero Name: Black Gold (Which is a slang term for oil)

Real Name: Hana El-Shafei

Gender: Female 

Appearance: Thick, almost black hair that is always pulled up in a very neat bun, olive skin, dark brown eyes, serious facial features, medium height, wiry, always wears a blouse, heels, and a pencil skirt or a pantsuit, faded burns on her left arm, legs, and side,

Personality: Cold, untrusting, not open to people. Willing to do bad things for her company. 

Powers: Can control/detect/summon oil/petroleum

Weaknesses/Limitations: Her oil cannot mix with water, so if she were to battle someone with waters powers...

Creating oil (which she can do along with summoning it) is energy draining.

She cannot touch water that is colder than freezing (32 degrees Fahrenheit)

Sidekick/Partner/Team (Optional): Daniel Thatcher, the second in charge of her oil company

Archenemy/Main opposer: Stormy Hex 

Backstory and/or plot of story: As a child, Hana lived in a small village in Saudi Arabia that was directly over an oil field that no one knew about. One day (before she knew about her powers), she got angry about something and accidentally summoned a ton of oil from underground, which caught on fire and destroyed her whole village. Her family was killed. Afterwords, she moved to Florida, where she became colder and less open to people, because she didn't want to accidentally hurt someone she loved again.

With her ability to detect oil, she quickly became the richest person in the Western Hemisphere. She created the world's largest oil company, Shafei Oil, and appointed Daniel Thatcher as her second in command. But, a new organization of people who want to stop the amount of oil spills in the Gulf of Mexico is forming, who are sponsored by WaterRealm Parks, an aquarium in Tampa. (Where the Shafei Oil Headquarters are) They want to block off Tampa Bay so cargo ships carrying oil can't get in. She can't have that, because Tampa Bay is the main place where her imports come in, so she tries to sabotage their plans and does bad things to WaterRealm. 

I actually didn't make everything about this next one, Stormy Hex, it was my friend and I working on this project for Literature class at school. Oh well, I'll share anyway:

Superhero Name: Stormy Hex (IDK??? If you have any ideas, I need help with this name)

Real Name: Charlotte (Charlie) Adelburg

Gender: Female

Appearance: Short, straight, dyed pastel purple hair; hazel eyes; fair skin; freckles; short; a little chubby; always smiling; wears her WaterRealm uniform or jeans/skirts, vans/converse, and cute shirts or hoodies,

Personality: Funny, Cute, Happy-go-lucky, Friendly, but can turn into a responsible hero in seconds.

Powers: Manipulation of SALT (and only salt) water

Weaknesses/Limitations: Her water cannot mix with fire or oil, so if she were to battle someone with either of those powers...

Has to be near water to control it

Can't control freshwater 

Sidekick/Partner/Team (Optional): None, but she has a few friends from WaterRealm.

Archenemy/Main Opposer: Black Gold

Backstory and/or plot of story: Charlie has lived in an apartment in Tampa all her life. She discovered her powers when she was thirteen, and has been protecting the city under the name 'Stormy Hex' ever since. Her life in the day is pretty normal- she goes to school, hangs out with friends, and work at a concession stand in WaterRealm Parks. Her life couldn't be any better- or filled with action.

People at WaterRealm start to talk about a new organization of people who want to close off Tampa Bay to oil carriers. Charlie agrees, because the oil spills in the Gulf of Mexico have been getting more and more frequent, and she wants the animals to be safe. Hana El-shafei, the CEO of the world's largest oil company, however, does not. She plans to spoil all of their plans.

Stormy Hex has to somehow find a way to stop Black Gold from putting WaterRealm out of business for good and stopping the organization.
