PJO Fun Stuff!!!

PJO Fun Stuff!!!

Hi y'all. So, as you guys may know, I am, in fact, very good at writing little bits of PJO/HoO fanfics. I wrote both a Jason and Leo backstory in the past, and I might have posted them, I don't really remember.  Anyhoo, I wrote a new one over Thanksgiving break that thoroughly depressed me, so I must now share it with you!

So, imagine this: Right before Luke visited Annabeth and tried to convince her to run away with him again, he whips out a phone and calls her. It goes straight to voicemail. I bet his message would sound something like this:

Hello

It's me

I was wondering if after all these years you'd like to meet

To go over

Everything

They say that time's supposed to heal ya

But I ain't done much healing

There's more. So, a while after that, right after Kronos had possessed Luke's body, Kronos is exhausted. He has physically drained Luke's body as much as he possibly can, and he's sleeping. Suddenly, Luke wakes up, and is briefly in control. Even though his body and mind are literally at the point of death, he calls Annabeth again.

Hello

Can you hear me

I'm in California dreaming about who we used to be

When we were younger

And free

I've forgotten how it felt before the world fell at our feet

There's such a difference

Between us

And a million miles

Then, during the battle of Manhattan, right before the Titans' final charge, Kronos's powers are so depleted that Luke is able to call Annabeth one last time.

Hello from the other side

I must have called a thousand times

To tell you I'm sorry for breaking your heart

But it don't matter it clearly doesn't tear you apart any more

Hello from the other side

At least I can say that I've tried

To tell you I'm sorry

For everything that I've done

But when I can you never seem to be home

Months later, when Percy goes missing, Annabeth is rummaging around his cabin and frantically looking through her voicemails to see if there's anything at all that could help when she finds the three from Luke. Chiron found her there, hours later, sitting on Percy's bed, sobbing for both of the boys she loved.

Tada!

I love it!

Picture this:

Percy and Annabeth get married, and they have two kids.

A boy and a girl.

They always like to hear the stories of the Battle of Manhattan and the war and everything, including Percy's little trip.

And the girl always asks if Luke was the bad guy in that story, since he was the one being posessed and doing all the horrible things. Annabeth is always quick to defend Luke for being a true hero, since he sacrificed himself to save Olympus.

The boy always asks why Calypso didn't fight harder for him to stay if she really did love him. Percy always says that she knew that he was on his mission and had to move on.

Both children notice the sadness in their parent's eyes when they tell them these things.

Only later do they put two and two together and realize the reason Annabeth and Percy named them Luke and Calypso.

They named their children after their loves who they'd never see again.

Yay!

Also,  I know Leo brings Calypso back. I don't care.

OH MY GANDALF.  YOU LMOST MADE ME CRY WITH THAT TINY LITTLE POST RIGHT THERE.  I'll post my Leo and Jason backstory thingies as soon as I get home from the classes at school, just to make you more sad.

I got one!

Percy: So, one day I got a near concussion and there was this hot blond looking at me and saying, "You drool when you sleep." and then watched me blow up some toilets. And that kids, is how I met your mother.

Kids: . . .

Annabeth: *tapers off into akward silence*. . .
