This is going to sound a lot like Joss's Fairytale RP, but I couldn't resist. In this wonderful RP, we can be any character from anything, as long as we put them in modern day. You can also do characters in your head, but they must be related in some way to an existing character. Also, I have no idea what to do for the plot. Any suggestions?

Name: Pierre de Monte (most people call him Phantom)
Age: 12
Gender: Male
Are you from a book/movie? If so, who are you?: The Phantom of the Opera
Appearance: He is average height, with black hair and brown eyes. Wait, only his right eye is brown. The other is milky whitish-gray, and horrible gashes scar the left half of his face. His skin color is right on the border between pale and tan, with almost no freckles. He dresses in whatever clothes he feels like.
Personality: He's distant, antisocial, and a huge daydreamer. When provoked, he can be violent and unpredictable, but most of the time he's pretty nice. He has a huge fear of dogs (see backstory), and he likes music, art, and writing the occasional poem. He thinks differently than most people, which can lead to great success or terrible failure. He's very imaginative, and he loves to think. Most people find him weird. He likes machines, and he's very smart. He likes affection.
Relationships: He basically has no friends except for Celeste. Pierre also has a brother and sister, but he hasn't seen them for a while.
Backstory: His father died when he was six, a huge dog attacked when he was eleven, and now he lives with foster parents.
Other: He had huge anger manegment issues. He also hates being called Phantom, which causes people to call him that more.

Are you from a book/movie? If so, who are you?: She's the Phantom of the Opera's ex-girlfriend that only exists in my head.
Appearance: She has slightly wavy dirty blond hair that is long, and she's a little taller than average. Her eyes are cobalt blue, and she's, well, a little round. Her skin is fair, and she's pretty in ways you wouldn't expect. No freckles.
Personality: She's generally a nice person, but sometimes she says something that rubs someone the wrong way. She likes art, and she's intelligent. She also likes music, and she likes science a little. She likes being around people, and though she's not very talkative, she likes to converse. But behind this sweet, funny, disguse, she's depressed. She only talks about this with Pierre.
Relationships: She's best friends with Pierre, and she has some other friends.
Backstory: Pretty much a normal life.

@Artist, just a random fact, the phantom of the opera was originally a book and the Phantoms name was... Erik! When I saw that I was like, what??!?

Name: Tara Martin

Are you from a book/movie? If so, who are you?: Book, from His Dark Materials. (Brookiera addressed me on this last time I made an RP kind of based on it. I know it has a lot of religion stuff going on, and some of it you may not agree with. I'm not supporting it, I merely think it's a great book and I REALLY enjoy the idea of daemons.) I made her up.
Appearance: After living in the North for so long, Tara learned to camoflage, in a way. Her hair is long, slightly wavy, and almost white; her skin is incredibly pale. Her eyes are a light grey, and she's just on the border edge of being tall. Tara's very sensitive to the warmth and wears short sleeves and light, long skirts even in late autumn. She favors the color white for her clothing.
Personality: One of the most noteworthy things-- she's a huge liar. Tara has a way of assessing you and wrapping you around her finger. She easily bends words to favor a certain person and easily makes alliances or friends. She genuinly cares about people, though, and always feels slightly guilty when lying, which is why she treasures honesty more than anything. She's not a pacifist and ready to fight if needed, and slips into different roles so often she's not really sure who she is anymore. This makes her a bit depressed, but she never shows it.
Relationships: Not enough charries yet, I guess we can figure it out as more people post?
Backstory: Tara grew up in the Arctic. Her parents are scientists-- an astronomer and a meteorologist, more specifically, and she wants to be just like them when she gets older, and study the Aurora Borealis.
Other: Artist, if you don't mind, I'd like her to have a daemon. A daemon is basically a person's soul, except outside their body. It takes the form of an animal and can shape-shift until you mature, when it chooses only one form forever. A daemon can speak, and you can connect through thoughts, but they also can't go a certain distance away from you, and you and a daemon feel each other's pain. I don't know if it's technically a power or not, but in the Dark Materials world (well, one of them-- don't ask) everyone has a daemon. Everyone in this world has a daemon too, just inside them. If you're okay with it, Tara's daemon takes the form of a very fluffy, snow-white cat with ice blue eyes, and her name is Phanlara.

Ok, I would do Christine and Raoul, except I'm not sure what the age gap is between Christine and the Phantom. Plus, this would turn into a Phantom of the Opera fanfic. So... bye!
