Robots vs. Magicians

Robots vs. Magicians
Robots vs. Magicians RP!
Sam: What?? You nuts? You can't run two RPs at once!
Well, I happen to be so darn bossy that my bossiness overflows and therefor can run two RPs at the sam time. Plus, RPs are just generally fun, and they take my mind off of school projects and give me something to look forward to at the end of some of my longer days. So, without further ado, the plot!
Everyone has mixed veiws on the magicians in their midst. Some say that they are "freaks" because of their talents, while others argue that they are humans, special abilities or not. But the magician world is currently in chaos because of some rising Shadow Spreaders that use their powers for evil. Meanwhile, the human and magical worlds face a big problem: robots. Developed in secret laboratories, these complex robots are taking over the world—one step at a time. Young apprentice robot-makers are having struggles of their own as well. Clearly, there are two basic teams: Robots vs. Magicians, with humans caught in the midst. But which side is good and which is bad? Both have struggles, pros, and cons. So now we come to the biggest question: which side will win?

Name: Airi Sasaki, better known as Lunar Eclipse
Age: 19
Personality: Airi's graceful ways and silk-smooth composure contrast starkly with her cold and controlling ways.
Appearance: Shoulder-length thin, silky black hair, black eyes, tall, slight, graceful.
Team: Magician
Shadow Spreader?: Yes.
Abilities: Harnesses the moon's light magic and uses it to control and confuse people. If the moonlight can reach them and Lunar Eclipse is using her powers, anyone's minds can be confused by her.
Friends/accomplices: As far as other charries goes, this will be decided :) she has people working with her as Shadow Spreaders though.

Awesome! Everyone looks great! Little Reader, since Isobel is a human woroking for Airi, can Airi have confused her mind with her powers so that Isobel became a Shadow Spreader?
Airi~
Wind pulls at my hair and chaps my cheeks; tugging at my loose clothing as I look down at the bright city from atop a high building. The moon is full tonight. I smile. Far below me, cars swarm over roads and across intersections; pedestrians walk purposefully along sidewalks, heads bent against the wind. A few little tweaks, some influence and a dose of moonlight, and these minds can be mine. Of course, I wouldn't risk something like that. Too much strain on my powers. Besides, I remind myself, I'm not evil; there is no reason to manipulate the minds of the innocent. I glance across the rooftop for Kyla and Isobel. They have not yet arrived. The power of the moonlight flows over me, strengthening me. Tonight will be a night to go down in history.

Luis~
The building was completely empty. I had been in it for weeks, slowly brushing away the dust that had accumulated. Rotten and old, every floorboard creaked, and every second threatened to release the loose cieling and let it fall crashing onto my head.
But, hey, it was home.
In this messed-up world, what else are you supposed to do?
I had to be self-sustaining. Some magicians-- they were lucky. Powers easy to conceal, easy to control, and they could move freely and openly. But me? I have a staff, the one giveaway that forces me into the shadows. I would never give up my staff, not for anything; walking in the open wasn't worth it. I have trouble controlling my powers and focusing them; without the staff to channel energy through, I make mistakes. I make something too fast or too slow, send myself too far back or less then I wanted to. Going past an hour-- it hurts me physically. I undergo excructiating pain until the hour mark has been reached. I've done it in the past and never want to do it again.
Meanwhile, I have someone to find.
Granted I'm not the best candidate to be a Dawn Spreader. Especially not one of the first. I'm a jerk, I admit it. I hate people generally. I tend to get on their nerves on purpose. But I don't agree with the "Shadow Spreaders." We are what we are; we shouldn't exploit it.
I put on my cloak, picked up my staff. No, I don't need a cloak. Yes, it's silly and useless. But it makes me look cool, so I wear it anyway.
"Who am I looking for again?" I mutter to myself. "Right. Blond hair, green eyes. Water person. Deaf."
Well, I know the alphabet in sign language, anyway.
I trudge off through the night.

I set to work organizing my vials. Night is the best time to work, no one comes to visit and look over my shoulder, and the world is at peace. Or at least, that's what I used to think. Until I met Lunar Eclipse.
-FLASHBACK-
I was working at night, as usual, until the magic flame of my lamp suddenly flickered out. I raised my arms to light it again, but it wouldn't start. A shadow passed over my window. I was in complete darkness. Goosebumps crawled up my arms and neck, a chill I couldn't erase. Fear held me captive. I pulled my blue cloak tighter around me. Just then, I heard a voice from outside. "Nothing like a little moonlight to cause confusion huh?" I froze.
"I know right? Those Humans don't stand a chance!" Shadow Spreaders! I slowly covered my fingers in shine dust, gathering the courage and power to levitate to the door, all I needed was to get it the slightest bit open with out touching the moonlight(as I guessed one of them had powers concerning it) and without them noticing. As soon as I got near enough, I pulled my hood over my head and softly dropped to the floor. Slowly, I inched the door open. Creak! I paused, listening for any indication that they knew I was there. Nothing. I concentrated on a lamp outside, kindling the flame. It grew larger, but the Shadow Spreaders, engrossed in their conversation, didn't notice. Then I decided to try something that had never been done before. The horizon glowed the slightest bit. The glow grew stronger, taking the shape of a fiery ball. The sun. I guided it upwards.
"What the heck!" I jumped, startled. "It's not even calling time yet!"
"Shh, there's gotta be something or someone-" A girl whipped around the corner, furious and dark, She spotted me and narrowed her eyes. In my concerntration I hadn't realized that I'd stepped outside and closed the door behind me. "Causing this. Ice Queen, get over here." Another girl steps around the corner.
"Well well well," the tall blonde girl(Ice Queen) jeers. "If it isn't a little Dawn Granter! You decided to come and try to rain on our parade huh? You guys are seriously pathetic. Aren't they Lunar Eclipse?"
"Indeed," the other tall girl with black hair replied, obviously Lunar Eclipse. "Always with that idea that they're gonna fix all of the world's problems. Tsk tsk." I clenched my fists.
"Go while you can, actually, on second thought-" ICE Queen waves her hand and a blast of magic shoots at me. I flinch, but easily deflect the spell. "By the frozen lake! Why didn't she freeze?"
"The sun is rising you know, we're powerless here. We gotta go before the other wimps come out. Smell ya later Little Miss Sunshine!" With that, they whisked away. I sighed with relief, and went back into my cottage. I had accomplished the unaccomplished, and it had drained me. While it was day, I could sleep.

Airi~
I frown, "where is Kyla?" Isobel shakes her head:
"I do not know." Frustration bubbles inside of me, but I keep my feeling under control. Tonight, I must remain focus.
"We must continue without her."
"But Airi, the plan—" Isobel begins, but I cut her off with a glare.
"Tonight we have our revenge on the Dawn Granters, with or without Kyla." The tone in my voice seems to qualm Isobel's doubts. Good. Now to destroy the leader of the Dawn Granters: the man who destroyed me...
(November 8, 2016 - 7:15 pm)
Kyla~
I sprinted as fast as possible. I was about to miss the meeting-stupid Dawn Granters! Especially that Lea... (no offense!!!!)
I spotted Airi's lithe figure and night colored hair ahead, and pushed my stamina one last time. Isobel was already with her. I winced. I was really late.
"-r without Kyla." I gathered my composure and walked around the corner. Isobel looked relieved, but Airi showed no expression.
"Where were you?" She demanded.
"Dawn Granters." I grinned slightly. "Nothing I couldn't handle." Airi nodded slightly and began to move.
Tonight was the night we got our revenge.
Jess~
Can I change Jess to a Dawn Granter? @Rose bud
(November 8, 2016 - 10:29 pm)
Absolutely!

Is it too late to join? If not...
Name: Liessa Merchants
Age: 12
Personality: She is a very good battler, and good to have on your side. She is very determined, and almost nothing can steer her from her track once she's decided on it. She's a bit slow-trusting, evaluating you first, but once she's decided your trustworthy, she's very loyal, and will be very feirce to protect you. But if she decides your not trustworthy, she will really hate you, and almost nothing will change her mind about it. She will attack if threatened, and stand her ground.
Apperance: Her brown hair is braided, then twisted into two buns on the sides of her head. Her eyes are sparkling green, and she's very small for her age. She has light freckles, and wears worn-out, brown, leather ankle boots. She has a knife tucked into her belt, and is very good and fast with it. A very good battler, and good to have on your side.
Team: Can she be half-human, half-magician?
Abilities: She's very very good with her knife, and very fast (human abilities). She's also a healer, but not very good at it. Her father was a human, her mother a magician who was very talented in healing, but they were both killed together by Shadow Spreaders when she was eight years old. Her mother and father broke the law by marrying. Her mother was pregnant with her baby brother at the time, and all three of them died. Her mother told her to hide, and she witnessed their murder, therefore developing a strong, burning hate for the Shadow Spreaders.
If Human...?: Since she's a half-human, the magicians won't take her in, so she's neither good nor bad, I guess. But
Friends/Accomplices: Trissi?
Other: Little Reader, can she meet up with Trissi? And become friends? Since they both hate the Shadow Spreaders so much?
So, are the apprentices robots? Are the robots the bad guys? If not, what's good about them?
(November 8, 2016 - 4:28 pm)
Actually, I'm changin her age to almost 12. Admins, can you change it on the charrie sheet?
Done, if I found the right one.

The apprentices are the robot makers, and the robots can be "good" becasue they are smart and human-like in their judgements.

Luisiana~
"Who's there?" I shout before I can stop myself.
Idiot Luis! If it's the person you're looking for, she can't hear you.
I hear no response. Maybe it is Water Girl.
I scan the area. She's probably hiding, I decide. If I had water powers, I'd hide somewhere with water, but there doesn't seem to be much of that in the area.
I look more closely around. A piece of the ground in the shadows seems to have been paved wrong-- all bumpy and wavy. Then I realize, hitting myself for how stupid I am, that that's a person, hiding under a cloak.
"Peekaboo," I say, standing above them.

I hop out of bed just as someone knocks at the door. "J-just a minute!" I say softly, pulling on my cape and quickly running a brush through my hair. I run to the door and peek out. Quarring Soul(anyone can be him), the master Dawn Granter waits impaitiently. "Um- oh! Heh heh, come in Granter Soul!" I stutter. He briskly steps in, his crimson cape swirling around his feet.
"Lai, how charming your little cottage is." Although it was was meant to be a compliment, it sounded like he was disgusted. He eye my bed, still mussed up from sleep and then his gaze lands on my journal and my disorganized desk. I haven't time to clean it. "Charming indeed." I wince. The Master Dawn Granter has no small opinion of himself, and in his opinion everyone is below him. "However, I am not here to lounge." I nod, and wave my hands to summon a seat. He sits down as I search for a quick snack as I have not had breakfeast. "Apparently, there were Shadow Spreaders spotted in your area, possibly right next to your house. Do you know anything of them?" I paused, then slowly turned around.
"N-no, only the lonesome m-moon and some n-night pedestrians. I think I would have n-noticed such dark f-figures." Quarring Soul frowns at me.
"That may be Lai, but you are the youngest Dawn Granter in history. I wouldn't put it past you to be a bit forgetful." he eyes the messy kitchen counter. I grimmace. "Ah well. Come to me if you remember anything suspicious." He exit and I breath a sigh of relief. I remember all too well.
-FLASHBACK-
I was tending to my glowplants, when again, the lamp went out and wouldn't start. A shadow passed over my window, same as before. A tingle spread through me. No, I thought. This can't be happening, not again. I refuse to belive this. But all the same, it was happening. "D' ya think if we do the samething as last time, the little punk 'l show up?" Lunar Eclispe!
"She'd better, I can't wait to knock the stuffing out of her." The Ice Queen! Something compelled me to go and spy on them, as long as they weren't messing with the moonlight, I'd have no reason to raise the sun, it was tiring after all. Who were they talking about anyway? I pull my hood over my head, then consider using my last dose of invisibility. It would be helpful. I decide to try. Slowly, I inch outside, careful not to touch the moonlight just in case. I ease my way around the corner. "I hate her guts!"
"Shh! She could be coming any moment." I wait for any indication of trouble. A couple of times I think that they look my way, but they never give any sign that they know I'm here. Suddenly, Ice Queen turns, staring strait into my eyes.
"Lunar, we have a visitor." I freeze. Lunar's gaze settles on me.
"You," she says, with such feurosity that I instinctivly duck, waiting from the punishment. "You," she repeats. "You've come back haven't you?" Then I realize that my potion has worn off. "This time you won't return to your hidings. You ruined our plans! You rose the sun! You shall pay." Both girls shoot blasts of magic at me. With a blick of my eye, I deflect them. Both glower, and I realize, the person they were talking about was me.

Name: Chiara Teylest
Age: 16
Personality: very excitable, especially about the technology and career she's in. She hasn't realized the danger of robots yet, but hopefully will during this story. Friendly, inviting, and. so is completely shaken when someonebetrays her trust.
Team Apprentice
Apprentice Technological Talents: robot intelligence, can make a robot's personality almost unidentical from a human's. That includes vices: greed, corruption, etc.
Friends/Accomplices: Any other apprentices out there?
Other: I know this is really late, I hope I can still join.
