TAPM thread #2!!!
TAPM thread #2!!! :)
I know we now have pages (amazingly awesome by the way--thanks, Admins!), so there's no problem with the other one being hard to load, but still, it's getting a bit long and confusing. Also, if you guys agree, I have some new rules and announcements to make. If you want to know what TAPM is, please go to this thread:
Here are some general rules I propose:
1. If you submit an entry for TAPM, please remember that you have done so and check regularly. There have been too many missing partners. If you are leaving the Chatterbox for an extended period of time, please inform your partner (if possible).
2. If your partner is missing, if you have finished your project, or if you have submitted an entry for TAPM and are no longer interested, please tell me. Otherwise it will get really confusing.
I think that's all . . . Oh! One last thing!
Ema needs a partner. Please tell me if you need a partner for a fantasy story.
Lezzgo! :)

Ok, I'm obviously Emily. I generally write poems when I'm on my own, but I'd rather write a story if I'm going to collaborate with someone else, and I'd love to do a fantasy or sci-fi story, so if Emma still needs a partner, I'm here. My sample will be part of one of my current stories, cleverly titled "Story" right now. Here it is....
Shadows flickered across the rich, damp loam of the forest floor, playing hide-and-seek with the scattered sun rays, tag with the breezes, and ring-around-the-rosy with the dancing leaves. The rustling of dead folliage bristled through the silence along with hoarse, uneven breaths. A man stomped through the woodland without a thought for its beauty, grumbling under his breath. In a moment he had passed, and not a minute after was lost to sight among the thick trees and undergrowth. Bailey watched his progress from behind a large pebble and scampered down a thread of a path as soon as he was gone. She had gone no more than a few steps before she realized her friend was not with her, and she turned around, calling softly. "Chelle? Chelle? Where are you?"
I'm much better at the descriptive passages than at dialogue. And I'm fine with just about any genre, actually. Historical fiction is fun, but so is fantasy and sci-fi and modern day and... all right, you get my point. Pair me up, please!

Great! I'll pair you up with Ema, then. Shall I make your thread?

Yes, please. Can't wait to start!

Um. I haven't seen Falmiriel in a while, soo, I kinda need a new partner. Hey, could I be partnered with Aliza? Or we could just do independent writing together, but not thru TAPM? Aliza? What you think?
(May 8, 2009 - 3:53 am)
Yes! I'd love to be your partner, Jenni! I haven't seen Caroline in a while, either (except on the Greek rp, but that has been teetering away).

AWESOMENESS!!! YAYA Aliza thanks!!
(May 8, 2009 - 1:34 pm)
Contrary to popular opinion, I'm actually still here. I just haven't been commenting often, and I didn't see that we had a TAPM thread, so I assumed that TAPM had petered off.

Caroline, I will be your thread partner!
(May 8, 2009 - 5:33 pm)
Ri, in order for me to pair you up with anyone, you must submit an entry first. (See Mke's entry at the bottom.) Unless you already submitted one on the other TAPM thread . . . ?
(May 10, 2009 - 8:04 am)
Uhhh . . . okay. Caroline's still here (yay!) so Aliza still has a partner. Didn't a make a thread for you guys?! *searches around wildly* Ahh!! Sorry!! I thought I did . . . I'll make one for you now. Umm, yeah. And also, Jenni, the last comment on you and Falmiriel's thread was two days ago by Falmiriel. So I think she's still here . . . ?
(May 10, 2009 - 8:16 am)
I hope I can still be paired up.
Name: Mke
Sample: The cold wind whipped through the desert night, and created an endless story of sandstorms, travelers, and adventure. Stars, more than you can imagine told stories of their individual pasts. Somewhere off in the distance, there lay an oasis with animals scurrying around the weary merchants in their long caravans watching the desert that had fallen asleep. Our story does not start here, however, it starts long before this on a night that shone by a silver slimmer in the sky, and when the winds did not stir.
When I write this, it seems nice and well written. However, when I reread it, it seems to short.
Favorite Genre: Fantasy (but I am willing to try new things)

I know what you mean. Whenever I write something, it seems so long and well-written, but I read it again and it stinks. *sigh* . . . Well, anyhoo, I think what you wrote as really good. I'll try to find you a partner A.S.A.P. Okay? :)
(May 10, 2009 - 8:20 am)
Oh, sorry, BellaTrix, I didn't mean to make this any harder for you than it already is! I'll go with whoever wants me.

Okay, can't wait to start! Um, do we have a thread yet? If not, I'll make one. BellaTrix?
