1. What's the nig deal with Round Robins?
I click Submitted By once, and I was looking through the first 10 pages, about, and I saw about 3 RPs, and a bunch of RRs. The whole time I've been here there hasn't been any RRs made or brought up to the first few pages.
So, I'm thinking, what's the big deal with RRs? Like, I know why people don't like them much anymore (you get control over everyone else's charrie, which is so unfare, and it makes the charrie not really 'yours;), and I wouldn't like them (I would be forced to use someone else's charrie that I don't really 'know'), so why did everyone love them back then? Well, I kind of know. People liked having control over other people's charries. People might now, I don't know, but it is obviously unfair.
2. Which is better, the old way of RP and RR writing, or the new way?
The old way was where someone would read all of the posts, and then just jump in with their own writing. There were no charrie sheets, and you would basically make up the charries as you go along. That was kind of unorganized, with people joining at random moments that might not fit into the story.
Y'all know the new way, unless you have never looked at an RP thread EVER, but lets just assume that you looked at an RP thread before (I'm 99% sure that you have). The problem with this is that it takes so long for people to join that sometimes the thread just dies.
Comment your opinions on this question. The new one has less problems, but both don't have many problems. So, I think that if a bunch of people like the old way better (which probably won't happen), we can try to do that more often.

What do you think on both of this subjects?

It isn't somebody else's charrie. It's usually written from first person, so 'I' 'my' and 'me'. Or it's written about somebody. The creator usually doesn't specify much about the main character, so it's up to the writers to develop him or her. They're really fun! Probably the reason they aren't really in use much is because there isn't any commitment. Literally anyone who wants can show up, write a paragraph, then never write about it again. Or you'll have a few people who are EXTREMELY dedicated. So, with no comitment, nobody really feels guilty if it dies.

Oops! My mistake. I don't know why people stopped making RRs, they seem like fun.
I really don't like making big commitments, so maybe I'll make an RR.

Whoa, how did that even happen? I commented and this thread went straight to the last page of the inkwell! Top?
