Long, long ago, magical people and regular humans were intermingled together, living together in one world. But then! Then many, many things happened. War raged between the magical people and the regular people. Lands were burned and lives were lost... so a decision was made. Humans and magic were to be seperated in two very different lands. And they would forget each other and all rivalries that had ever happened between them. It was a perfect plan, except for one thing.
After many, many centuries, the magical web that seperated the two groups were discovered, and broken down. There was war again, and people fixed the web in a hurry. Too much of a hurry. But though it would not break down for a long time, it was weaker than before. And soon, holes would appear, opening and closing, making doorways between the lands. Theses were called portals. And though many tried to fix them, to patch the holes up, they were stubborn. So the ones who tried to fix them kept their identities a secret. They scattered themselves throughout both lands, trying to predict when the portals would open and people from one land would be drawn through to another. They called themselves the Protectors. Of the web, and of both sides. But they still weren't enough.
Because there was something they didn't know. Something that had been forseen in the stars long, long ago, then forgotten. They didn't know, that there would be a day when all four portals, scattered around the lands would open, and four young magical beings would come out into the human world. Meet four regular humans, and then, these eight young people would have to make things right again. And the Protecters would be almost powerless to help them. Because something darker was rising, and as these eight people tried to find the portals and return everyone to their homes, the darker and scarier being would come ever closer, and that soon, they would be in more danger than they had ever thought possible.
So, how do you like that? It's not that good, because that was my first time making something like that at the start of a RP. In fact, this was my first time creating a RP. Anyways, only eight people can join, four from the magical land, and four from the human world, and they would try to find a portal for the magical ones to return to their homes, then the bad guy would come there and try to stop or kill them, and they would have to stop the bad guy. You can only have one charrie. The people from the magical world should be magical creatures, like elves or fairies.

Name: Lizbeth Stinnett
Gender: Female
Age (Between 10 and 16 human years): 11
Appearance: Small for her age, kind of delicate, large, violet eyes and golden yellow hair that's wavy and almost to her waist. She has dragonfly wings that are clear with pink lines in them, but can hide them well by pressing them to her back under her dress.
Personality: Cheerful but not bubbly, likes nature and is kind. Likes to laugh. When she has a problem to solve, she likes to hover in the air and think, and when she's happy she flies around you in circles, laughing.
Which world?: Magical world

Name: Eralin Snylda
Gender: Female
Age: 12
Appearance: She has dark brown hair that reaches just below her shoulders, and she keeps it out of her face by putting it in a ponytail. She's short, around 4'7, and she's thin and agile, but very strong. Her silver eyes usually twinkle with mischief, but they dim and darken when she's angry or sad. She has pale skin and thin lips, and her face is narrow with high cheekbones. Her nose is long and thin, and her pointed ears have little emeralds stuck in. She also has jade hummingbird earrings that are very special to her. Her fingers are elegant and bony, and they have long nails.
Petsonality: She can be mischivious and is a little bit of a prankster, but she's mostly serious. She's calm, but she can get a little hyper at times. She's detirmined, hard-working, and never backs down from a challenge. She loves nature, and nature loves her back. She's kind and caring, but she can get irritable and snappish at times. She's a tad bit untrusting, but she will warm up to you if you prove worthy. She likes the color green, and her favorite animal is a dragon.

Power: just about anything. She can make force fields, shrink people, raise an army, ect...
Dress: white shirt, blue pants, lilac cloak, normal shoes, and a staff with an dark purple amethyst on it.
Apperance: normal hieght, tan skin, dark purple eyes with flashes of lightning in them, dark black hair.
Personality: quiet, brave, she is a loyal friend, she loves cats, and is quite smart
Other: she is a very powerful wizard, but if you can somehow take away her staff she becomes quite weak. She has a pet crow, her name is Blackberry, she can scout and take messages. She also has a pet pegasis, he will come when called.
