Chatterbox: Inkwell
On September fifth, eight children woke up in the middle of the night.
Four girls and four boys.
All age ten.
By some magical tug, they all wandered outside, almost in a daze.
And right there, in the dark, walking onto their yards, they discovered their powers.
Water.
Fire.
Earth.
Air.
They kept it secret, they kept it hidden, only telling their siblings or best friends. Only telling the ones they were closest to.
But one year later, on September fifth again, an old woman knocked at all of their doors.
She wore a cloak glistening white. Her silver hair shimmered.
Her eyes were a strange golden color.
“Child, blessed with one of the Element Powers,” she whispered to each of them. “The time has come for you to leave.”
“Leave?” The (now eleven) children all replied in bewilderment.
“Bring one child, a friend or family member, with you. Working together, you and the Others must free the Trapped One. We were the ones who gave you your powers, so you could do just this.”
. . . And we’ll improvise from there.

Appearance: Long black hair, piercing green eyes. Is very small and short, but quick and agile as well.
Personality: Curious, but with a quick temper. Is fiercely loyal but tends not to worry too much about things. Very smart. Is somewhat quiet but never overlooked.
