Dear CBer,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for the first ever No-Maj Transplant Course. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on July 11. During the first two months of students' stay here at Ilvermorny, they will be given special lessons that cover the basic knowledge students should know before entering his or her year. Upcoming first-years will be given a brief history of American wizards, while second-years will learn the basic charms and spells typically learnt throughout the first year. Third-years will learn a basic knowledge learnt in the first two years, so on and so forth. We await your owl by no later than June 29.

UNIFORM
All students will require:
1.Three sets of plain work robes (black)
2.One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear
3.One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar)
4.One winter cloak (black, with silver fastenings)
Please note that all pupils' clothes should carry name tags.

The Standard Book of Spells (Grade 1) by Miranda Goshawk
A History of Magic by Bathilda Bagshot
Magical Theory by Adalbert Waffling
A Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration by Emeric Switch
One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi by Phyllida Spore
Magical Drafts and Potions by Arsenius Jigger
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander
The Dark Forces: A Guide to Self-Protection by Quentin Trimble
Additional books will be provided by the school for higher years
OTHER EQUIPMENT
1 cauldron (pewter, standard size 2)
1 set glass or crystal phials
1 telescope
1 set brass scales
Students may also bring an owl OR a cat OR a toad OR a puppy.
PARENTS ARE REMINDED THAT ALL STUDENTS' WANDS ARE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL AND WILL REMAIN AT ILVERMORNY CASTLE UNTIL STUDENTS' 17TH BIRTHDAYS, AT WHICH TIME THEY CAN APPLY FOR A WAND PERMIT.
Please arrive at the CBer HQ with anything you wish to bring before 12 Noon at July 1(We regret to inform you that electronic devices do not function properly at Ilvermorny Castle, please do not bring any), where you will be Portkeyed to Flargon Way to buy your supplies. You will then stay at the Falling Broom until July 10, when you will be escorted to Ilvermorny, Sorted into your House, and chosen by your wand.

Since there are so few people in this RP compared to how many there are in an actual class, I am going to put all first years in a class, all second years in a class, and all third years in a class.

Hey Admins, can you post a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet? I made it so that the lines can fit in the width of the Chatterbox. This Excel spreadsheet is all written by me, so there are no copyright issues.
Speaking about the schedule, 1st through 7th years all have classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. 4th through 7th years have classes on Wednesday and 4th years may opt out of a Wednesday class. (But only one.)
I guess if you can submit it like art and other visuals, we can post it.
