Paralia~

When I heard the news, I  nearly dropped my phone. Ash? Poisoned?!?!??!?! I couldn't believe it. I ran to the hospital. Ella was on the floor, apparently asleep, and Ash was lying on the bed. Hunter, Thomas, and some policemen were exiting the room. 

What in the world was going on?!?! How did it come to this? 

Can I do Hunter's trial? I have a really good idea.

"You are wrong!" I shout as they slam the jail door in my face. "Ella can prove it!"

The policemen and guards ignore my cries and walk away. I pound my fists against the stone walls in anger. This was all Thomas's fault. He is the guilty one.

They let me take one thing from my dorm so I had grabbed a framed picture of Ash and me as kids, swinging on the neiborhood park swings. The sky above us was stunning blue, simple, poofy clouds, and Ash was actually smiling. I rarely see her smile now, again, thanks to Thomas. Thanks to this school. I single tear rolls down my face, but I let it remain.

Sorry guys, I haven't been active. Does anyone mind telling me what's going on?

I was sitting on my bed on my computer, trying to figure out what kind of poison it was. sadly I can't ask Ash want it was, and there is no way I am trying it. I close my laptop and flop on my bed dramaticly. then my phone rings. I obviously pick up, It could be an update on Ash,nope not even close.

"Hello? Ella is that you please say it is." Hunter sounded super stressed.

"Yeah, Yeah I'm here is everything okay? oh no is it Ash?" I say, starting to worry.

"No it's me. Look I don't have much time, I 'm in jail-" I cut him off.

"You're what!" I yelled.

"Look, Thomas framed me for Ash's Poisoning. You have to help me. I only have like two more minutes, you have to come to the court house later at two o'clock, you have to help." Hunter spoke so fast I could barley understand him--barely.

"Of course, I'll be there," I reasure him, but before he can answer the line goes dead. I have to get Hunter out of this mess; wait, does this mean I have to speak in front of people, oh great. No Ella, you have to do this, for Ash and Hunter, this is what Mom would want you to do. Apparently Gared was Hunter's lawyer. okay. I can do this. I quickly text Leo under the code name I have so no one knows that we made up, LIZZY. Hurry I need you at the gumdrop; the gumdrop is my dorm. In no time Leo is there and I tell him what happend. he has no idea what to do, but I already have a plan.

(1:50) I walk into the court and sit down next to Hunter and Gared. Hunter looks so relived that I actually showed up, I don't know why. eleven minutes later the judge finally showed up. Luckaly, I knew her. "Woo, sorry guys, I had no idea it got so late!" she said. okay I got this. "So today we are here for the the trial of Hunter Peirce, who was acused of poisoning a fellow student," she looked around and eyes layed on Leo, she quikly looked back up.

"yes your honar," Thomas had put a plan to action, smart, but not enough. "I found in his room an empty box, and the contents in my friends room," Thomas looked so shaken up that if I didn't know him I would think he was telling the truth, but I have witnessed the real Thomas. The judge (her name is Judy FYI) looked at Thomas clearly mezmarized by his fake sad story.

Gared stod up, "Your Honer, he is clearly lying, he doesn't even know where the dorm for the girls are." The judge obviously  didn't beleive him.

"Please, I promise I would never do anything like that, Ash is MY best friend," Hunter said, but the judge clearly thought the person accused shouldn't be able to talk for himself.

"Well, I do beleive that's it I have decided that Hunter Peice is-"

"Stop!" I stand up, and look around, all the students were there, I can't, no, I think for Ash and Hunter. "Everyone, I have learned one thing, but known the other, I learned, that I don't like speaking in front of others, but I have always known that Hunter is inocent," the judge stared at me. "Look," my voice had so much force I guess Hunter and Ash ment so much to me the helped me get over my fear. "I have lost so much, over the past year, some sanity, most of my inocents, even my mother, now my best friend is in a coma, and there is no way your taking Hunter to Jail," I can't beleive I just said that, but that's not it. "Can't you see, of all people Mrs. Judy, Hunter and Ash treat me like a normal people not like I'm Jack Turnleaf's daughter, would a person that modest as to not take advantage of a friendship to get a piece of paper signed, result to poison," I was on a roll. "And if all that didn't convince you, hunter please give me the one thing you brought with you," I ask and he hands me his picture, "Of all things he brought  picture with him of him and the victim, and if you decide that he is guilty, well first I would say you are a very unfair and wrong Judge, but I would then personaly pay for his bail," I looked right in the judge's eyes daring her to resoped.

"She is lying, Hunter threatend her, that's why she is denying being my friend," Thomas said.

"Well it's not like I can ask you if he threatns, you would say no either way so I guess I have to say he's guilt-" someone in the crowd stood up.

"Wait!" I knew that voice, Leo! he made his way up to the front "Ella's right Hunter is inocent, Ella has securaty camras outside her doors, Hunter never came or called Ella. and Hunter thought that Leo did it, wow. Judy looked between her adopted son (Leo) and me.

"Inocent!" Judy yelled out everyone made there way out but Hunter pulled me aside, while Thomas walked out fallowing Leo.

"That was awesome, you reveiled your secret!" I smile sadly.

"People would find out sooner of later," I said.

"I can't believe you, you sounded like a compleatly diffenrent person... in a good way," he added smiling. "Man what a time to be in a coma, Ash missed a very...strange...trial," he said laughing.

"Ella, I'm terrably sorry about your mother," Judy had come up behind me.

"Thank you," I look at Hunter waiting for me at the door, "For everything," I add. Hunter and I spend the rest of the day sitting with Ash, telling her what happend, even if she can't hear us, we felt like she should tell her right away. 

I'm at safeway, But I love it so far! Good work on the story everyone.

Hey guys, I'm back! I've read all the pages, I am up to date with what is happening, and I am disappointed Soren and I aren't still together. No offense, I am leaving this thread.

I've watched as Soren slowly drifts away from me. For Raven. And I can't breathe. I am drowning, I am a sinking boat, knowing I am dying. I walk out of the school where no one notices me anymore. I look at the sea, below me as I stand on the edge of a cliff. With a wild cry of heartbreak, I throw myself into the sea. Farewell, Soren. 

Anyway, Cleo is dead, not in this RP anymore.
