I finished. I'm not too confident in it, though... is it possible that I write and submit two entries?

Music

I arch my wings, soaring over a land filled with beauty. I stretch my fingertips out, skimming dark green treetops. The music carries me onward, its sweet song taking me through an infinite world filled with wonder. I see everything.

Fire, water, earth, wind....

Heartbreak, joy, hope, peace....

Birth, life, death, and rebirth....

Victory, loss, strength, weakness....

For those precious, moments, I am the music. Every note belongs to me, filling me with these fantastic emotions. And then I tuck in my wings, letting it carry me down to the earth on a gentle breeze.

My wings fade and I jerk back to reality. The performer steps away from the piano, taking a modest bow before stepping offstage. Tumultuous applause thunders throughout the concert hall. I join in somewhat dazedly, the effects of the music still rebounding through my mind. Images of what I saw glow in the back of my mind as I exit with the crowd. 

I'll have that moment with me forever.

Because music is power.
