I live not far away from the woods, all I have to do to get to the woods is this, get off the computer, turn left walk strait until I walk into the door, open the door, go down the outside steps, run to the bridge and then walk over the bridge, and then I am in the woods. It takes about half a minute.
Do you want the main character to be a boy or a girl? I would rather it be a girl because I am a girl, and it would probobly be easier to write. Maybe a girl would be disguised as a boy though, but that is kind of what happens in a lot of books.
