I'm writing a book called Music for the Soul. I need help making up characters.
The basic idea:
The Heart Orchestra has the power to make people think or feel things that the Orchestra wants them to feel.
Rosalina Viol plays the violin. She is happy and usually thinks positively. He has red, ringlet-curly hair, green eyes, and freckled skin. She is 13 years old.
The orchestra realizes that she can play really well. She can enhance their magic. She also has hypnotization magic. They hire her. Once she starts playing for them, Rosalina thinks that they are the bad guys. She decides to either turn them good or break them apart. She needs to find allies to help her.
I need help making up characters for the orchestra and for her allies.

ALLY: Do they have magic? If so, what kind?
Motivation: Why they choose what side, and which side they choose (allies can be orchestra members in disguise, orchestra members could be looking for an ally on the good side, etc.)
ALLY: How they met Rosalina:
That's pretty much it! I'll take any characters; I don't have a limit. I will only take ones that I like and that I can fit into the story.

Admins, can you help me with this? It is really confusing. Can you please just take out the weird text? I was trying to copy something out of Word. I deleted it, but the text is still there.
I still really hope that you will help me come up with characters for me story!

Role: Ally
Appearance: Extremely tall for her age ( 5'10"!!), shoulder length blonde hair, lanky frame, big hands, brown eyes, freckles, pale skin
Personality: Nice, clumsy, a very good actress
ALLY: No magic, but she's a prodigy on the cello.
Motivation:Ally disguised as orchestra member. She ends up on Rosalina's side
ALLY: She auditioned for a youth orchestra once, and met Rosalina there.

Role: Orchestra member (First chair flutist)
Appearance: Average height, accusing green eyes, tan skin, white blond hair that's always in a bun, bony, small hands
Personality: Strict, no tolerance, hates children
Motivation: Orchestra member. She is the one who found Rosalina and intends to keep her there.
