I'm going to try not to do too much explaining.
We all have a different magic power. Each power can only be used once. You can be a human with powers, an already made up species, or you can make up your own! In this game, demons are trying to destroy our planet, Marel, so we have to stop them. We also have to find out why they are trying to destroy our planet.
After I have at least 2 other Charries I will start the thread. You can be a demon, but we don't need any demons if no one wants to be one.
Charrie sheet (use the guidlines show here):
Name: Pearl Azire
Age: 16
Power: Can turn into a different person/change colors.
Fighting Ability: Is great with a bow and arrows
Appearence: Dark brown hair, brown skin, brown eyes , in her normal form. Can change to any other color or form (with different voice and appearance). In her normal form wears brown clothes. Never leaves her bow and arrows behind.
Personality: Independent, mysterious, great at hiding, sneaky.
If the story is already started, you can still join! Comment your charrie, and find a good opportunity to introduce your character (don't just have them appear out of nowhere, unless that is their power).

But how do I remove the watermark? My image still has the web address on it. Is there any way to get rid of that?

@Natalie, is everyone in Marel a magic user? If they're not, it could get complicated...

"Go outside, Mari. Stop bothering us!" My sister and her friends shoo me outside.
"Fine." I stick my tongue out before heading out of the door. The sky is cloudy, and I smell rain on the air. I breathe in deeply. I spot a girl walking toward me on the other side of the sidewalk. She looks about my age, and is pretty, with straight blonde hair and blue eyes.
"Hi, what is your name? I'm Jade," she says.
" Mariette," I reply.
It starts to drizzle. I adore the rain, but apparently, this girl doesn't. She scowls at the sky. Finally, my powers can be put to some use. I raise my hand to quiet the storm.
"Thanks," she says.
"Are you new around here?" I ask, "I've never see you here before."
"In many ways, yes."
"Mari! We need some help with the project!" My sister's voice drifts from the patio. I sigh.
"I have to go." I start to walk away, but turn back for a second to wave. "Bye!"
"Goodbye." she says.

"Hold the camera right there, Mari. No,no, not that way. Tilt it a little more to the left.. Yes!Perfect!" My sister is making a movie for class.
"I met a girl today."
"Oh, so that's who you were talking to. That blonde girl? She looks nice."
"I think she's new."
"Are you sure about that, Mari? In fact, she looks a bit like that girl who was here for a few days. What was her name again?"
"Emilie?"
"Ah, yes. Emilie. They do look alike, don't they?" Now that my sister brings it up, she does in fact look like Emilie. "You can turn off the camera now. We won't need it for a while."
"Ok." I rush upstairs to find maybe an online profile for Jade.
"Don't be far! We might need you again later."
"Don't worry, "I laugh. "I'm right here."

Everyone has magic on Marel. It is a magical planet! The demons have fire magic. You can also have 'control demons' magic.
1. I would totally live on Marel.
2. Controlling demons: that's freaky! It's not even a made-up thing!
*Munching on donuts* Who cares? It's like magic that is associated with the dead, and that is completely a thing.
That's also freaky.
My friend has controlling demons in games all the time.

Lumina's butler called from the other room. "Miss Taylor, come look." On the TV, it looked like demons were attacking all of Marel. "Miss Taylor, we may need to evacuate."
Lumina tosses her hair back. "No. I don't want to leave. My entire livelihood is here. I'm staying."
The butler protested, "But it's dangerous!"
Lumina flicked a ball of fire into existence. The heat from the crackling flames made the butler wince. "Not for me."
~ Sorry for being short, but I want to get the plot on the road.

"Mari, come look!" my sister calls me from the living room. "Another one."
"Again?" I ask. The demon attacks are everywhere.
"We may have to leave, Mari," my sister practically whispers. "I'm sorry."
"No. I'm going to stay." My sister sighs. She knows that nothing will make me go with her.
"Is there someone you can stay with, at least?"
"I'm not sure."
"Oh, Mari."
