Hi, I'm new

Hi, I'm new

Hi, I'm new here. This looks like a really great place! The role-playing stories look like lots of fun! I've got one question: I wanted to go back to a thread, but it wasn't there. Do you know what happened to it?

I'd love te meet everyone around here. I love Diana Wynne Jones and Terry Pratchett!

Everybody (and everybuggy) here look like such great writers! Jenjen looks like she's a fellow Howl-lover (and Cristopher-lover, and Diana-Wyne-Jones-in-general-lover), too!

Jenni, I think I get the joke! (Maybe not all of it, but at least some of it) With the vases? Nowhere or sometimes Here Now? Did you notice that with the table of contents, no matter what, the title of each part can be rearranged to form Nowhere? "New Hero," "Now Here," "Where Now," and "Nowhere." (Plus in the italics, it's like a sonata form or somthing, with the end being presto). So far I really, really love Fire and Hemlock! :)

YES!!! You got it!!! Martia is reading it for the first time, too. It's me favourite book!! OK, this is random, but do u wanna be friends? And yes about the table of contents.

I love randomness, and I'd love to be your friend! Who else can I talk to about orange juice in pits and food that no matter what smells like strawberries? Not to mention weedkiller, Genies, Twinkles, people with nine lives who lose them all by falling down stairs.... :)

YAY!!!! We live in almost the same place! (aka the land of Diana fans)!!! Except you say and, and I say or...........

No one other than me really. Wait, there's PhoenixFlames, but she hasn't been around lately. Twinkles, dogs that change genders, person who is afraid of hieghts yet wishes to go to the moon, and turnip-heads!!!! Weedkiller, walking into the wall, and two Lettie's!!!! Big tomatoes named Guido!! Flying devices that say "I belong to Chrestomanci Castle"!!!! Sorry, but i am OBSESSED with Diana!!! She totally ROX!!!!!I hope you understand and will tolerate my ranting about Diana books, as I don't have any friends that have read Diana's books.......................and am kinda hyper at meeting a kindred spirit Diana fan.....................when I read your post I hypervintilated for, like, ten minutes!!!

I havn't ranted about Diana to anyone in ages! It feels so nice....

"Look! Church windows! No, Grant, that's a dugout canoe," goddesses sticking people in walls, High Priestesses gate-crashing funerals, the mythosphere, pink hair followed by green slime....
What book do the tomatoes named Guido come into? Have you read "Eight Days of Luke"?

I know how you feel about the ranting..........."Tomatoes named Guido", is my way of expressing when, in "The Magicians of Caprona", there is the duel between Antonino and Guido and at the end of the duel Antonino turns Guido into a large tomato......................No, I haven't read "Eight Days of Luke". On BaB I made a thread about Diana, on there I put all the books that I have read................hang on, I'll put a link............http://www.cricketmagkids.com/chatterbox/blababoutbooks/node/17392. Go there!

Polly has discovered that she has dreadlocks and mites. They (Mr. Lynn and Polly) are currently in Thomas Piper's actual hardware store....I love the way she describes Mr. Lynn's driving!

I haven't read the Dalemark Quartet yet (though I've started the first one a million and two times). What other authors do you like?

Other authors.............well, on my "Top Five Author List" are..........Brian Jacques, Diana Wynne Jones, Kathryn Lasky (author of the Ga'Hoole series), Tad Williams, and Robert Jordan (author of the Wheel of Time series)...............and then after that is Creech, Roald Dahl, and a whole bunch more!
